I don't like my job,and want to quit it,but my parents didn't agree. At present,I have found new job,and i really like it ,maybe the new job pay less than the previous work, also have a little unstable, but i like the kind of work atmosphere. My parents have a strong concern about this.
Now ,I am worried about it,one side is stable but boring job,the other side is where my expertise to work but not very stable ,how do i choose?

Life is so much better if you enjoy your work. The only time I would tell someone not to quit is if they didn't already have a job, but like you said you do. Now I wouldn't suggest quitting an office where you can move up at to work at a bar because it's fun. But if the change of work is worth it then do it. Make a list of pros and cons of quitting and see which one is longer. This method always helps me to decide on things.

Which one will pay off more in the long run is a great questions to ask yourself also.

It's indeed hard to decide on something if our parents interfere. And it's true that parents know best because they already have experienced a lot of things before we do. But in some cases that you think you can do best on something, then go for it. I'm not saying to disobey your parents but try to explain to them your situation. This is because when you love your work, you'll be able to provide your best capability. When you are happy with something, everything else will follow. You are earning and at the same time you are enjoying.
