Hi there! I've been wanting to lose weight my self but too lazy to exercise. I have tried two brands of this brazilian slimming coffee. I tried Leisure 18 and Nature Fashion slimming coffee. I have noticed change in weight after drinking 18 sachets of leisure 18 but no change in inches. I just finished taking my last sachet of the nature fashion slimming coffee, my friends noticed i lost some weight and noticed my stomach became flatter but with this coffee I also cut down eating too much calories. I substituted rice with oatmeal and tried not to take snacks in between meals. So, im really not sure if I an attribute my weight loss to the coffee itself but I'm just happy Im losing the unwanted weight.

I don't know if it has side effects per say, but it probably doesn't work. There are so many fad weight loss products out there, that I just wouldnt want to waste my money unless I know for sure it works. Check out online reviews OR better yet find someone in real life who's actually used it and its worked. This stuff (I'm sure) is not cheap. You could also just drink normal coffee instead, as it's low-calorie (5 cals a cup, usually for black coffee) and has caffeine in it, which boosts your metabolism temporarily. And it's probably much cheaper than the "Brazillian weight loss" kind.

Hi jeanryzel
If you are overweight, you must reduce weight to avoid more health problems.
I don't know how effective Brazilan slimming coffee would be and if it has any side effects.
Before you take a decision to buy,do a through research in the net.
Generally,if you use 100% natural weight loss products, you will have no side effects.
You have not mentioned how much you want to reduce and what is your difficulty.
If you find difficulty to control food intake, there are appetite suppressants like uniquehoodia.
If you want to eat but can't exercise, there are fat binders and fat burners like proactol and capsiplex.
There are other drinks like tavatea and fibretrim and patches like hoodia patch.
Even in the name of natural products, there are so many fake, ineffective products in the
market.
Check my profile page where I have listed some natural weight loss products, after a careful research made in the net.
Happy mylotting.

Yeah, I tried that kind of coffee a few years ago, and it really worked for me actually. I was very happy with the results. But it makes you go to the bathroom a lot, so be prepared for that if you decide to go for it, always having to run to the bathroom can be quite annoying after all.

Hi there jean,
I do know the Brazilian coffee which helps lose weight. I have used one, the Leisure 18. But I only used a box of it. It tastes good, but not the type of coffee you'd expect to be creamy and strong. For me, it tastes more of a bland coffee.. That's why when I drink it, I use additional coffee and cream to add up to it's taste..
Yes it has side effects according to the label. It says that it may affect blood pressure, well I think every coffee has that side effect. But, if you are wondering of it's effectiveness, then I can't really answer directly as for my opinion. Because if I were to be asked, it is not the best way to be slim. But it can affect your appetite.
You may try it. I have used it and I don't think it caused me any side effects. Don't worry too much..
