susanana Hi Masihi! I have tried taking fresh lemon/lime juice about 1/2 glass..no ater and no sweetener Every morning before taking anything.. then after 30 minutes- 1 hour I take my breakfast. I didnt notice any weight loss but my appetite was suppressed.
