are you close to your? yes or no?

I'm quite close to my bf's parents and family, than to mine. His family is more open minded and can talk about anything under the sun. While my parents are more strict towards me because i'm the elder in the family. ON top of that, i have got conservative parents and there are still certain topics that's taboo for me. I don't like to share my problems with them too because they will nag at me when they are too worried about me.

I am very close to my mother. My parents divorced when I was five but even before then, it was always me and mother doing things together: ice skating, going to the state fair, having breakfast at a park, etc. Though we don't do everything together (like shopping, we CANNOT shop together lol) we do enjoy spending time together. Even now we will watch movies and go to amusement parks together.

Hi dear, It is quite simple that all cannot always close with our parents. When we are a child, we are and we have to. We are grown ups and keep our own life independently. But it doesn’t mean that we need to keep separate from our parents. Everyone’s situations and circumstances may be different and according to their surroundings, they may be close or away. Especially, these days it is always difficult to be alongiwth them. Mostly, when people got married, within 6 months time, they will look for independent place and living. As this is being one of the fact, some people are prefer to live separate from all other family members and goes for a atom family settlement. But, there are people who values their parents and still respect them very much. Some people even don’t care about their parents’ wishes, and what they wish to tell about their life. My father is no more now, and mom is staying with my sister, a 5 mts. walk away distance from where I am staying. However, I make daily visits to mom and she used to come at my place even. As my sister is having a child, my mom is with the sister looking after her child. I belief, our parents are the visible God around us and in fact it is a true fact also. hello shuklaankit93! yes, I am close to both of my parents and We always keep in touch and update each other on whats up and whats going on. We usually see each other twice a week. We would visit each other's homes. I would sometimes go to the mall with my mom and shop or just go strolling. Sometimes, my mom and dad wuld fetch us at home and take us to the park just to stroll and chat. WE share secrets and share problems together and they usually end up giving me advice if I have concerns being a parent and for my wedding preparations as well.
