What is your response when you ask friends for help?

if I was working then there is my friend I ask the same, I'm not going to help because if I was working I always concentrate on my work

When I was working I would stop to always help another co-worker when needed. Its the right thing to do if you are not overloaded yourself. If you are busy yourself I would say as soon as I'm done I will be there for you. At the work place it is best to always be able to help others because you don't know when you may need their help. Working together as a family will always make for a better work environment in my opinion.

if given a task that's not too difficult to handle, I am very much willing to help this friend. but if time doesn't permit me, then I would just explain to "this friend" that I can't unless if he/she is willing to wait until I finish mine.
