Family or Friends?

I could never choose. I may not get along with most of my family, but there are a few people I could never walk away from. However, I am very close with my friends and I consider them to be family. The friends that really matter to me are like family so I guess you could say that I will always choose family over friends because my close friends are a part of my family.

Its impossible to choose in between family and friends.... What if you need to chose between one of your eyes or one of your ears... or even one of you kidneys.... Would you ever be able to make a decision... For me this is similar to what I have asked you....

i've been with friends who turn out to be not so good, and i also have relatives that sucks har har har. but i am lucky that i have siblings that i can count on and now i have a wife that is my friend and wife roll into one. i will never have to choose who i want to be with for i know being with my wife is being with a family and with a friend.

Hi july teen: Family first, that's what I think. However, you don't have to chose and i think you can have them both if you know how to make a balance between both your family and friends and also a time for yourself. So you need is to choose me between the two.. for me I will choose my family why? because my family is my priority, then family I can consider them friends also, I'm sure they always understand me.. But friends there is always wall in between in terms of relationship, friends never like family in terms of relationship, understanding. Sometimes friendship may end to enemy... see you around

For me nothing to choose from. Both family and friends have different roles in ones life. Family are people who we came from, and friends are people who usually console us if we have feud with families. There are things family can't understand but a friend does. As well as there is something family can sacrifice but never a friend can. Different roles, different limitation but both importants to ours.

We need all kinds of relationships in our lives. friends can come and go. we choose these relationships for ourselves. Family will always be a part of us. We don't always get the chance to choose our family.

Yes there is a distinction between the two, although sometime one can't hardly notice it. There are cases where u cannot really depend on some members of your family.Of course we heard cases where sister and brothers would destroy each other for money or love. And there are cases too where friends would just lay down their life for another friend. Once u found a true friend, you found a sister or a brother. That is why we always say friends are part of our families, they are usually there in the important occasions of our lives and also there while we get through hard times too.

Yes, I totally agree with you..but if i really have to choose, it would be my family- because they are "family"...they are the closest thing ever. But there are some people who are closer to their friends..it depends

i enjoy with my friend .. but i more enjoy with my family, father, mother, brothers, and sister..

No one can choose between the two especially if you value both and both value you. If you have a family that never treats you as a family member and only hurts you, you would prefer to be with your friends but still you can't let the other (family) to disappear. It is human nature to struggle to have both friends and family be with them and love both as much as they can.

Its easy for me to choose between the two of them. I would defenetly choose family over friends because they have brought you up and will be there forever. Theres not many friends that will be there forever. I enjoy going out places with some of my friends but we are all busy and don't see each other very often now.

I count some of my best friends as Family more than just friends! As I do seem that close to them and would risk my life for them as I would do with family... Choosing?? Never! Unsure how anyone could be put andone in that situation... Family should never make you and friends are always dispenced of if they are to make you choose blood over them! True friends should never mak you do such a thing. And so can risk losing a great friendship over their pettiness! :-( I say if they made you... Get Rid! xx
