my wife watching TV then there is this promotion of a show that the chef said he knows the best food ever or maybe he cooks the best food ever. i dont think that even he knows and tasted the best food ever it means that is the best food ever. food is like beauty, it is in the eyes of the beholder, and food depends on who is going to taste. some people like a lot of chili and pepper and some like it sweet, some people likes it cheesy and some likes it soupy. so it all depends on who is going to taste the food and who is going to dig in. but for me food is the universal language of the world. no matter where we are from we all love to eat

You are right. We all love to eat and we all NEED to eat. But noone can say which is the best or worst food in the world as noone can say that about anything. There´s no universal truth in any subject whatsoever. That chef was only bragging (I make the best food in the world, of course

exactly! while a lot of people will puke at sticking tofu some people really enjoys to eat that. some people loves pizza and other people will rather not eat if the only food there is, is pizza. so for me there is not best recipe or best food it is how people appreciate what is on their plate. thanks a lot for the response.

You are right too in other aswers, talking about the different cultures. I love o cook and I have learned many things here at mylot by talking to some friends from other countries, specially from India.

not be my best food. Many of us will differ greatly in what we
consider the best food.But one thing is for sure we all like to

yes we come different walks of life, different cultures and different ways on how to cook it. we also have different kinds of version on how to cook a recipe. some like it hot and some like it sweet, some like it bitter and some like it salty. so what ever that best for you truly might not be the best one for me. thanks a lot for the response my dear hatley.

The best food ever is....a turkey sub from subway!! Oh my gosh, my mouth just waters when I walk into a walmart and smell the delicious aromas from the vegetable toppings. Personally, I think it's the yellow banana peppers...they are so sweet and tangy and I love to eat them. Oh, but you are so right about the foods from around the world :)
