What benefits do you think would be the most attractive in your first job hunt?

half excited,half worried we are when we graduate from school and begin to step into society,we shuttle back and forth in the throng as to hunt a satisfactory or ideal job,we may have some ideas about the future job,then which benefits do you think would be the most attractive in your first job hunt?

What you want to look for in a job? Good pay if possible, shorter commute from home, benefits like paid vacation, sick time (paid preferably), medical and dental insurance, growth potential within the company are all that I can think of right now.

The most attractive benefits I could be offered from a job would be health benefits. I would love to receive life insurance, health and dental insurance, paid time off, and sick leave. These are the benefits that the majority of people would like when obtaining a job...oh, and lets not forget, the job must pay enough so the person could actually make a living.
