I was going through one of the dailies here in London and came through an advert from easyjet which says "GUESS WHO PAYS NO TAX?"...AIR PASSENGER DUTY FOR ORDINARY FAMILIES GOES UP THIS WEEK,WHILE PEOPLE TRAVELLING ON PRIVATE JETS WILL CONTINUE TO PAY NO AIR TAX. JUST ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF WHY THIS TAX IS UNFAIR.
Isn't this an abuse on the passengers that cannot afford the luxury of a private jets?

Does not surprise me, as he in the IL there are many like me unemployed with no income and nothing left with what to survive on. But then you hear the rich with grand bonuses and less tax brackets.
How is it that us hardworking people who sweat their last drop get the short end of the stick and never be considered. Sometimes I think that pretty soon we will be paying on the air we breathe.

well don't be too surprised as the richest people always find ways of getting out of their tax paying (often by paying specialist tax advisers that have been recommended by other greedy people) . they feel no compulsion to pay what they owe unlike average joe they will not feel the pain of the cuts lined up for most people in the u.k.starting with basic everyday humane facilities like drop in centres for the disabled. even though the rich bankers are to blame for this mess the 'old boys club' meeting on the golf course before flying off to their weekend tax haven will just carry on as before.
