I always believe that whatever we do, if we're not meant for the person, there will be ways to lead us to another path. Similarly, regardless if you wait for the person or not, if you're meant for each other, love or fate would lead your paths to cross.
I would suggest that you do not wait. Just let things flow. Do what you can do, do not live life always waiting because you don't really know if the person is really true to you.
So, stop thinking, just do what you can do today.

Well, it's really worth the wait for someone that you will truly love but I agree with laydee, you don't have to wait. Just let things be. You might never know, the one you've been waiting for has always been around and you just did not notice that someone because you're too preoccupied in waiting. So, let destiny take you to that person. But this doesn't mean you do nothing at all.
