miakasama well, it would usually go that way, but there are instances that one might have no other choices to make no matter what one would do, still, he/she would end up doing the last possible way/means but it is not his/her choice at all.

miakasama There are two things about caffeine that I am quite sure of. First is that it would increase the possibility of having hypertension or the condition of having a high blood pressure. Second, it would also affect one's sleeping cycle... Hope this one helps..
