-agree! If you choose to be happy, then you'll be on the seventh heaven. But if you choose to be unhappy, then you would suffer from depression. It is a matter of choice.
No one can diminish your self-esteem unless you give them permission to do so.
-absolutely! If you permit yourself to downgrade your self-esteem you would suffer from it. It is still a choice.
Don't be afraid to try what you think you can't do. However, if you fail, leave from your mistakes and try again.
Right.. how would you know if it is possible if you wouldn't try??
Everything is a matter of choice.

Being able to make choices is very important for bringing happiness into one's life. But not everyone is able to choose. It's very difficult to be happy when others interfere with your choices or use their power to control your life.

I cannot agree more with this. Happiness is really of a matter of choice. It really depends on the person, if he or she choose happiness or not. IT depends on the outlook and perspective of the person about life. IF they tend to be emo, then they will be. If they tend to be a jolly person, then they will be. It is a matter of mind setting on the things that surrounds you. Give a positive feedback then you will be given happiness. That's all there is. Stay happy my friend.

well, it would usually go that way, but there are instances that one might have no other choices to make no matter what one would do, still, he/she would end up doing the last possible way/means but it is not his/her choice at all.

Yes you are right. I agree with your statement. Most of the fate is due to our action. Any one in the world will choose to be unhappy. No! It is not us who make you sad and happy, it is God. for example in any do wrong and feel depressed about his action in that case I agree with you. If one your family got accident by him a car and would you be happy or sad. You will think these are not I choose so I will be happy or sad. Thanks for such discussion
