What draws you to instantly sign-up to a site that has a slogan/advertisement that says something like "A Few Clicks A Day & You Could be Earning Big Money" HA! Does this really work? Do people actually drop what they are doing and instantly sign up?
Is Marketing Today getting so creative they actually think people read that, have their hearts begin to palpitate and rush to sign-up??
Come on folks I know a great many do instantly get a rush and instantly sign-up to get later find they are in a rat-trap.
What behooves you to quickly sign-up?

Its MONEY MONEY MONEY.. that attracts me. The kind of money they offer... instead of all those cheezy words/one liners.. the picture attracts lot of people...

I don't sign up for just anything. I usually look for reviews on places before I sign up for them. And of course ask our fellow myLotters. Honestly how many times a day do you see someone here or elsewhere online begging for a way to stay home with their kids by making money online?!?! You can make pennies but not a real hourly wage. And if your very talented at crafting or sewing you can make some cash that way selling online thru various places. But again not everyone is good at sewing or crafting plus you have to find the right product after you buy materials that will SELL.
BTW... w/ the title of your discussion I was hoping you had some money for me?!?!

We all wish to hit it big but the reality is it's not going to happen. I'd love to say the internet was making a good chunk of money, but it doesn't even make me enough to pay my bill to have internet!! I'd be happy if it did... one less bill to worry about KWIM?

You are right, so many believe online earning is going to hit it big to soon thereafter get so disappointed. Thanks for dropping by.

Great idea sounds like you are doing all the right things with the internet world. Basically it was a discussion to see how many of us are still being easily fooled. I will admit that I can see a slogan and instantly wonder but luckily never let my greed take over so research and reputation is the key.
Thanks for responding.

Before I sign up for anything I always try to look up reviews about the website or look for payment proofs. If it is legit, I'll sign up, if not, or if I'm unsure, I don't sign up, which is why I haven't signed up for the very popular OnBux yet.

This is a great strategy to up hold and great job on your efforts. The marketers are getting more and more lucrative these days trying to lure people into the scheme of things. It is not until members get scammed that they re-think their strategies. Keep up the great work.

They do have creative marketing tactics and it works. I signed up with these sites out of curiosity. Hoping it really works... Somehow, I'm disappointed with the results.. But, I'm still hoping...

I think more people try and hope rather than believe in the slogans, when I first joined here I often came across discussions which talked about scam sites and how they didn't feel it was worth it but wanted to give it a go. I personally don't have this issue, I'm only a member here and I won't ever be joining any other sites because I simply don't need too.
It's like in real life if you dangle a carrot in front of a rabbit, it will take it and it's the same for people.
Happy Mylotting,

Great analogy and Bless you for not having to seek out to the internet for additional earnings. So many of us have no other alternates. I am not hopeful on ascertaining any form of permanent income from the net. I am avidly trying to land my happy self back into the workforce.
I just find the slogans and marketing strategies getting more and more intense. Little do they know people are getting smarter and smarter by the day. Thanks for dropping by.

And the part that sales are down so the marketing researchers have to be even more creative and unfortunately, although some of them know it just isn't right they too want to keep their jobs so those slogans keep getting more and more lucrative and creative. Thanks for stop in.

Instant fortunes doesn't really work at all, I have learned that several months ago when I was scammed upon joining a site, I earned 27 dollar in a day... but look, how about paybox.me? Also a scam?

I do not know anything about paybox me as I have never looked into the the site nor signed up. I basically wanted to know if the marketing today continues to lure people in. Thanks for responding.

Well, from my experience before when I was just starting to explore the money making opportunities online, I used to easily sign-up to sites which offers making money with free registration. A few catchy phrases and images will surely captivate me and sign-up like being brainwashed. Those days were long gone. I guess these marketing plan only affects those who are just starting to learn the cruel world of making money online.

Oh yeah I believe everyone and anyone who earns anything online can certainly attest to the fact that they too were drawn in initially. I am glad to hear that more and more of us have long since matured farther than the internet researcher are aware of so unfortunately a great deal of their strategies are being wasted.

Yeah it takes a great deal of persistence to ascertain the wisdom later. It certainly be non-profiting for them if they stated the truth.
But you are right a simple and quick way to drive traffic to their sites. Thanks for stopping by.

i rarely do sign up to these sites, unless someone i know can vouch for the site.. we are all really tight for cash at the mo and these places do tend to exploit that for their own ends.. i dont go for the adverts i go on personal reference.. and i always think at back of my mind.. ' if it sounds too good to be true, then it prob is! ' :)

Even on the advice of a friend I always do my research also, as sometimes they are voucing because of referral gains but really have yet to obtain payments. But so true about money being tight and temptation being escalated. Good job that you are cautious. Keep doing that that is great.

For me, I shall quickly sign up the relevant program if I can get the following benefits:
1) Sign up bonus. It can be gift or cash instantly.
2) The sign up must be FREE.
3) There is an evidence of payment proof.
Other than these, I might consider only there is a special excuses.
ha! ha! ha!
I learned a lot from the past. I hope I won't be trapped again.

Marketers are becoming liars. They lie and deceive people who wants to earn money to be able to put food on their table. Those liar marketers turned to be a scums in disguised promising a huge amount of money with just few effort.Be vigilant and don't believe that a small effort will gratify a high reward.
