r0nnieb0i It is not very often that I eat throughout the day with a gap of an hour or two but sometimes I overtly eat and that is just sometimes. I Can have something or the other in between the three regular meals. Thanks for the suggestion.

r0nnieb0i I work for about 20 hours a week. Rest of the time, I surf, I watch movies, I eat, I sleep. I guess it makes all the more sense that a lot of food that I intake, is not burnt the way it should.
