r0nnieb0i It is not very often that I eat throughout the day with a gap of an hour or two but sometimes I overtly eat and that is just sometimes. I Can have something or the other in between the three regular meals. Thanks for the suggestion.

r0nnieb0i I so wish Nutrament was available in my region. To what I understand it is more or less like an energy drink, I wonder if any other energy drink would do, if not Nutrament. Thanks for your suggestion though.

r0nnieb0i I work for about 20 hours a week. Rest of the time, I surf, I watch movies, I eat, I sleep. I guess it makes all the more sense that a lot of food that I intake, is not burnt the way it should.

r0nnieb0i its all the more difficult when you know that you don't have any other option and you have to stick around for along time. The worst part is, you already know that whatever you are doing is not of your interested but you can not help it other than working.

r0nnieb0i Theres the regular Saqi, carrying a positive note with him always.... :) Surfjunky is a scam site, no one came up in favor of the site, instead everyone was against it... So, I'll stay away from it..
