I am not so sure if this would work out or not, but it was a random thought to begin with and I gradually developed interest in it. I am "planning" to begin a head hunting/recruitment firm of my own. Now, I am pretty unsure of how to go about it. Like, what are the dos and the don'ts, what should be my aim to begin with and how should I go about achieving that aim.How to develop and create a work flow.So basically, all that I am looking for is to start this business and know how to go about it.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well it was glad to know about your decision to start a recruitment firm and i know it is quite obvious to have many dubious questions in your mind after all you are going to start a firm of your own. I think u should at first do a thorough market research and look out for the opportunities that would help your firm to build up. Then start reading the articles that would support your firm to grow.
