I can't open my macbook.When I try to use it, all i see is the apple logo.

I have tried updating the software through the update software function in my macbook. It took forever to update but few more minutes to go and my macbook turned off. I noticed that the plug was not connected so the battery got drained.
When I tried to turn it on, all see i the white window with the apple logo. It stays this way forever. What should I do? I need your help.

What is the model of your Macbook? If you don't know the model, on what year the Macbook was been bought or how old is your Macbook? If you don't know also, is it a Intel Core 2 Duo?
If you don't know or know the Model of your Book, what is the Mac OS version on your Macbook?
Do you have your DVD Mac OS installer?

My macbook was bought last 2007... I think its intel core 2, macbook white 13 inch i think 2nd or third generation? Not sure. I couldn't find the installer that came with the macbook when it was bought. I have no idea how to fix it and we have no apple center here in the philippines. Sigh!

If we can buy and have using Apple Macs here in the Philippines then there should be an Apple Center here in the Philippines. AND we have a lots of Apple Center in the Philippines of course mostly in major city commercial malls and establishments.
If you don't have the installer then get or buy or borrow a Mac OS DVD installer. Mac OS DVD is standardized and cheaper than a Genuine MS Windows OS Installer. AND it is a must to every Mac users that it shouldn't be or must misplaced. The Mac OS DVD is important to every Mac users. We can save your files by using the Mac OS DVD.
