One of the greatest problem every country is facing is obesity. Being obese not only decreasing your self-esteem but also make you prone from a number of illnesses, such as heart disease, diabetes,hypertension,gout,gall stone and gall bladder disorder, osteoarthritis,some types of cancer,bladder control problems and many more. See, there's a lot of problems associated with obesity.That's the reason why products which promise us to help lose weight are top selling in the market today. However most of those products are not giving best result.Just for example you cannot loose weight with just taking slimming pills alone. If you don't change your eating habit you will end up failure in achieving your desired weight. I guess combination of regular exercise and minimizing intake of high fat and high cholesterol and high calories food are the most effective way. How about you? What are the other ways do you think most effective in loosing weight? Can you share us your opinion regarding this discussion.

The best way to lose weight, in my opinion, is with Weight Watchers. I have lost 30 pounds on Weight Watchers. You can eat whatever you want, as long as you count your points, and you will lose weight. Be prepared for a barrage of people who yell at you for posting a topic about weight loss, though. Been there.

There are many ways in which a person can effectively lose some weight. Quite a few people prefer to lose weight by getting involved in a diet of some type. Other people prefer to just limit the amount of food that they intake on a daily basis. Some other people prefer to lose weight by increasing their physical activity and exercise. While other people prefer to lose weight by only eating certain kinds of foods. Physical exercise is absolutely, in my own opinion, the very best and most effective method for losing excess body weight.

The most effective way to lose weight for me is still exercise, jogging to be specific. I used to weigh a hundred and eighty when i was younger. I obliged myself to start jogging every morning and i lost twenty pounds in 2.5 months although i've put on some weight now.

Hi! The most effective way to loose weight for me is not eating pork and beef. In a week my tummy went flat. I thought it's suppose to be more meat less rice but it didn't work. What worked for me is no pork, no beef just seafoods or chicken and rice. Also, no snacking of junk food. If you want snack go eat a sandwich or fruits.

Slimming pills and their products are useless when it comes to losing weight. Being business minded, it's their chance to make profit and how should they be bothered about the way we lose weight. The best and effective way is via right diet. We can be exercising regularly or even on a daily basis, but once we are not eating right, all the earlier efforts are deemed useless. Take a balloon for example, it's flat before we feed it any air, once it starts feeding, it gets bloated. Now, we shall release half the amount of air in the balloon, but after which, we refill it full again with the same amount we use when the balloon is flat.
With that, the balloon will only get bigger because what it puts in is double than what is put out. We are the balloon when air can be diet or exercises. It's a simple logic.

Hi mayrah. I think losing weight is the hardest thing to do. I am an overweight, almost close to obesity. The activities you and other people have mentioned like regular exercise, observing proper diet, taking supplements or pills, etcetera, are effective but I think it won't work without discipline and determination. I, for instance, has been to different regimen of losing weight but none of them works because I am too lazy to observe it properly and I don't have great determination to be on it. I just hope that I would have the courage and determination sooner though.

Always I suggest you weight exercises to loose weight.
The result may be slow. But it is the only effective way to loose weight. Moreover, you get fit too.
Obesity is becoming a big problem for many peoples nowadays.
For Obesity, I recommend anybody to take food with proper timing and take balanced diet.
No junk food & will be fit very soon
Proper physical work is must or like walking, running , cycling according to their strength. These Aerobics exercises helps a lot.

What they don't want you/us to know. This one is easy & simple. First, donated blood (free) & find out your blood type. Start & finish a natural herbal lymph/liver detox program & include pro-biotics (the 8 most effective). When you know your blood type you can concentrate on eating the food right for your blood type.
