I need to lose weight for my bestfriend's wedding,but how?

Hello everyone! I'm in a dilemma right now. Less than 2 months to go before my bestfriend's wedding and i will be wearing a tube top gown. I wanted to lose some weight and have slimmer arms and waist so i can wear the gown well. I have tried the slimming coffee and cutting down my carbs intake but I'm getting really slow result. Does anyone have any recommendation on how to lose weight fast? I need to cut down atleast 2 inches from my waist and 1 inch from each arm. But how?

It's generally two things. The diet is important but to really cut down on the size you'll have to add lots of activity too. Start running or at least walking every day. Plus cutting back on all sugars and white flours will help. The carbs that come from fruits and veggies and beans are good carbs. Eat lots of veggies. Also increase your intake of water that will help some. If you do all that you should be able to slim right up.

One thing I have been doing to "help myself out" is to keep cut up carrots and cucumbers and bell peppers in the fridge. When they are easy to grab it helps curb that craving to eat between meals. The crunch helps you feel like you really got something to eat too!

Oh this is a nice advice. I will try the carrots and the cucumbers but I'd rather skip the bell pepper, I'm not a big fan of bell peppers. And carrots and cucumbers are easier to find and readily available in the grocery and market in my area.

Vegetables. Eat lots and lots of vegetables and some fruit. Cut back on the carbs, like only 1-2 slices of bread (or something of equal value) a day, fish, chicken, turkey, etc. and very little red meat. Exercise. You can grab some soup cans from the pantry or save up some 1/2 gallon jugs and put water in them to use as weights. Join a gym for a month; they can teach you exercises to do at home to target those areas you want. Water. Drink a lot of water. Cut out soda, etc. and have water instead. You can flavor it with some lemon or a fruit of your choice, even put some fruit juice in the water to give it some flavor if you don't like the taste of water.

The best thing to do, work out I lost 15lbs in about a month and half not doing much. I would go to the gym and 30 minutes 2-3 times a week on an elliptical machine (the one that moves your arms too). The arm movement tones up you arms and shoulders, the back and forth tones up your obliques (flat tummy!) and the the leg movement tones up your lower half. At home you can get similar results just by using every day objects as weights (jugs of milk, cans of tomato sauce), doing planks (http://pilates.about.com/od/pilatesmat/ss/Plank.htm), crunches, and flutter kicks (or just leg lifts, but you have to do a lot more of them). You can loose that weight and tone up with minimal effort.

reduce the portion of your eating and exercise, that's work to me. was i fat too but i was diet and reduce my eat portion and doing little exercise. and now, I'm more thinner.

the best way to lost your weight, first you try to walk or run at treadmil, or you can jogging at noon, or you can try drink green tea.

I like your siggestion but I do not own a treadmill. i hope I could have one someday but not a priority at the moment. I'm afraid jogging at noon here in my area would be too hot. Its humid here so I might not bear the heat. Thanks for the tip though.

This is what worked for me last year but not for my wife. So I give it a 50% chance of success. I been able to keep off my weight for a year now. Research Jorge Cruise on the internet and follow his plan. You can just do it for a week and you decide if its for you. In simple terms he wants you to cut your sugar intake dramatically per day with a generous intake of complex carbohydrates. I don't understand why it worked for me and not my significant other. What I can say is you typically can see results in one week. Good Luck.

Proper eating is important. It is necessary to cut down fatty foods, crossing out junk foods and sweets. I also recommend that you take Tiens Slimming tea and Tiens Spirulina. This type of Spirulina gives your body a complete food diet which is healthy but you need to take it before eating so that you would be eating less because you will already feel full so you will trim down on your weight. It is a food supplement which I think you need to consider your physician also if you are to consider alternative Chinese medicine. You also need to burn those bulk by exercise like jogging and going to the gym to shape up that arms. Hope this information helps.

i know green tea works for me and my brothers with some exercises,too. but i have heard of a situation wherein a common friend practiced eating ice chips after meal to lose weight.

Hi! The diet that worked for me is that I don't eat pork and beef. In a week you will loose weight already. Just stick with seafoods or chicken. Also, stop snacking on junk foods. If you want snack go for fruits or why not have a sandwich. Good luck!

Good exercise and balanced diet is the best method for loosing weight.Fast walking in the morning or evening will reduce your weight. But you should walk daily 2-3 hours without delay. Don't eat fat and oily food. Be a vegetarian. You will get slim soon. Some tablets are available in the market which can reduce our weight so fast. But i don't think that it is a healthy way to reduce the weight.

From my experience, a quick way to lose weight is to eat a balanced meal. Also, try to eat small meals frequently, say every 2 hrs. Drinking a lot of water, getting a lot of sleep is also recommended as being awake most of the day will give you more chances to think about food. hope this helps. :)

There are many ways to loose weight..........take a walk of 2 or 3 miles(run in between that)run on a treadmill do some daily exercises like sit ups its the best way for legs weight loosing....do some dieting things..see ill show u some diet chart get up early in the morning take a walk drink some milk don eat anything.then for the lunch take 2 breads and put some latus and chicken with Lil mayonis and have that ull put down some weight for sure...

My tip is to work out dont eat at night. and most importantly watch out on what you eat. Look at labels before you eat. Watch out on the carbohydrates.
