I enjoy traveling seated close to the window side of bus or other vehicles.

I love to sit by the window on a plane, train and bus. Them I can enjoy looking at the passing scenery. It is something to do in the day light and after dark it gets challenging to see much out of the window other than darkness. On a plane there is often lovely views on take off and landing. I am fond of seeing areas of outstanding natural beauty and coastal views can be spectacular. When I worked at a school in Folks Stone I had to cycle to the station, take two trains and then cycle to the school. I remember with fondness seeing the countryside views and the jewel was the English Sea. France was just across the water from the White Cliffs of Dover.

It wouldnt matter about my mode of transportation. i always try to get a window seat. the more I can see of my world, the better i like it. i don't want a moment to pass me by.

Hi Sham.. I too like the window side seat specially when I am travelling to villages where we can see so much natural things and view points.. I always keep a camera while travelling to some villages and sit next to window so that I can take photos of the nature..

I absolutely am just like you!!! I love seeing the streets, the hiways, the buildings, the surroundings, the farms, the trees, the mountains - everything that I travel past through! I just always made it sure that the window seat I'm at is not where the sun is...

I like that seat too- even though me and my sister wants to be next to each other on trips, we don't because we both like the seat next to the window.But sometimes we do sit together, one of us just has to give up on that seat. Some of the disadvantages of the seat though, is the sun, rain and wind- but I love the wind sometimes,too. But the view is great...so it's worth it.

I do love also to be seated at the window side, be it in an airplane, bus or train. It somehow divert my mind from having to submit myself to0 sleep...

I love window seats, too. I find myself getting lost in the view. Most especially if it is a long trip, I just look out and forget everything. This becomes problematic when I'm on public transportation and I forget to get off at a certain point. It has happened more than once that I went past where I was supposed to go because I was too lost in my thoughts while looking out the window of a bus.

Hi. SHAMRACK. I love to look out the window when I am riding on a bus or in the car. My mind loves wandering off. I also do most of my imagining then too. It is a very peaceful feeling too.

Like you, I also prefer the window seat, whether I'm travelling by bus, by plane, by boat, by train. I want to see and feel and smell the beauty of nature first-hand.

I love seating near the window as well. The scenery and view of the places im traveling to is really nice to look at. And i should say i prefer to be seated near the window so if i ever throw up, since i usually get travel sickness, i would easily throw up in the window and not have other people seated next to me be wet and get dirty.

Hi Shamrack!. I enjoy it too. When we go some where or traveling I usually chose to be seated next to the window. Its will be good scenery when traveling because I usually can not sleep while in the road. So its will not made boring especially with company of good music. Recently I travel to hunting King fruit to others town and the view from the window really pleasing mt eyes.

yes,i do love to be seated close to the window where i can see the views of places i am in. it feels fun to feel the wind blowing through your face and your hair. feels freedom and peace,thankful to God that we still can feel those. really loved to be seated next to the window!

Even I love the window seat. i do not like to travel during peak summer. if at all i have to travel i travel by AC bus or train. otherwise i love the cool wind and the landscapes and the trees

the window seats are the best for me. I love watching things go by getting to see things i haven't before stuff like that.

i love getting a window seat! when i was younger, my brother and i would always fight over it. especially during plane rides. when we got older though, he usually gives it to me, he likes it too, but he knows i'd never let him win. i love seeing everything when i go anywhere. and even if it's just clouds on a plane ride, i still love it.

I like the window seat, too! I've been lucky enough to always have had a window seat on all of the flights I've taken, and it's great. When I'm flying, I like the window seat also because I hate having to get up every hour to let people out of my way so they can go to the bathroom. I hate standing on planes, so that's why, and also because I have an under-active bladder (LOL, tmi, but whatever!) and I can usually go without peeing, even for a long flight - like one from Sweden that I had recently. Maybe I'm crazy. Not to mention the cool sights. The sights are cooler, I think, when you're in a plane, especially if you're flying over and out of a big city at night - and the clouds are just crazy amazing to stare at. It almost gives you a new perspective on life, however cheesy that sounds.

I also prefer the window side to see the view and what's happening outside. And also I would know if I'm near to the place I'm going to. It is also fun to see and observe people and places.

Most of the people prefer to have window seat compared to aisle,the reason for this is they can enjoy the outside world ,the nature and cool breeze from the window. This habit starts form childhood,You can watch kids fight for window seat,because they want to explore the nature and the passing pole and trees from the window of the moving vehicle. For women it gives a secured feeling,because the aisle seat will be occupied by husband or friend or anybody who is traveling with them. When a couple is traveling the girl takes the window seat,I have observed it many times.My wife also likes to sit in the window accompanied by me in the aisle seat. Have fun traveling by window seat.
