I don't think that it is most of us. Only few Filipino's don't vote. I don't exactly know what's the percentage. The question is, are they voting the right candidates?

It's not that filipino are lazy or anything take for example in some provinces if you will not vote their candidate something might happen to you or if you are living in the land of some politician they can easily remove you from that area because of the vote.So basing to this scenario some people choose not to vote at all .Take for example in mindanao its very dangerous to vote because there are some peopple who are willing to die just to plant a bomb to a school and kill some supporters of the other party. So why vote if your life is at stake?and if you vote does your vote change anything?considering the fact that in our country politicians or rich people have ways and means to manipulate things why ever bother?

voting is an important right here in the u.k. but recently just like many other countries around the world ,people have lost faith in the politicians. the u.k. has had many frauds and lies and darn right theft from individual members of most political parties so voters trust has gone. these people are supposed to hold the highest standards and lead by example but often show their true colours to be no better than greedy criminals making voting seem a waste of time.
