I already verified my paypal account earlier this year. Yesterday, I received 2 emails from paypal@pplonline.com.intl and pp-intl@paypalusinfo.com asked me to enter my atm pin in order to excess my account because of my debit card has expires. I wonder why because I already verified my paypal using my debit card this earlier this year and now they are asking. Anyway, I verified again and today I received an email from paypal again asking me to verify. What's your opinion? I am really in doubt now.

Do not reply to these kind of messages, Instead send a message to Paypal Admin, asking if it is really them who sent you the mail. I think that would be a smart thing to do instaed of replying to it right away.

It is a trap don't fall in it , never give your password or pin to such mails and reset your passwords. One thing more is that don't even reply to this sort of mails as I did and now I get these sort of mails almost once a day.

You have to be much more careful as Paypal will never send you an email like that. And if you pay attention to the sender's email address, you will realize that it is just an email account similar with Paypal's. But it is not from Paypal. They just look alike. I love China

maybe you should go to the bank and ask if your credit card is still working. maybe isnt working and you need a new one. maybe thats why paypal is asking you to comfirm. you should do that. bcs paypal is a trusworthy site so wouldnt lie to you. go to the bank and verify if the credit card time is over now. so they give you a new one^^ the best for you^^

So far my knowledge is concerned.Getting verified in PayPal is difficult but once you are verified they never ask you to get verified again.I think you must raise this issue to the support staffs of PayPal.They will really help you. You have to change your login details as soon as soon as possible. Also next time onwards you should use virtual keyboard instead of your own keyboard while logging into you PayPal account.Hope your issue will be sorted out soon.Have a nice day.

never reply to these e-mails, many are scams. If you have questions about your account go directly to paypal and check for messages there. I have done this several times and always found that most paypay e-mails are scams.

PayPal will never send you another email asking you to verify your account after it has been verified, and PayPal's emails are ALWAYS from PayPal.com, not some other website that just says PayPal@whatever.com.

One simple way to know if e-mails are sent by Paypal is to look at who the e-mail was addressed to.Anytime Paypal sends an e-mail they will address it by using your "full" name. As in "Dear John Smith", followed by their message to you. If you see an e-mail that says "From Paypal to you" it's a bogus e-mail and should never be opened.Of course the best thing to do is to notify Paypal and ask them if they sent the e-mail.
