i have twelve cats at home..the youngest are already 2 months old..(since they were sisters)while the eldest is already 9 years old..My first cat died in an accident and it hurt me so much..From then on,i started to adopt almost all the stray cats that i see on the streets.I love them so much because they unexpectedly changed my life..They were there at the dark and bright days of my life..Through them,i am able to feel my worth..Im not treating them as animals or even as pets..because for me,they are my children..they are my life..:)

Wow, that is beautiful!!! Your situation sounds much like mine. I lost my 2 beloved cats 4 years ago and my heart was shattered. I thought I'd never smile or laugh again. About the same time, though, I had been feeding and befriending the stray kitties in my neighborhood. Then I started adopting them. To this day I have 10 in my house and about 10 or 15 more outside that I still feed. My indoor kitties range in age from around 6 months to 4 years. They are my life and the reason that I get up for work. As crazy as it may get at times, I love them so very much that I would do almost anything for them. They are my children and more like family than my biological family. Have you ever noticed that cats don't ever seem to hold a grudge? They don't care what kind of hair day you are having and they always seem to do something funny. I like funny. In fact, I love funny. My cats are my best friends!!! I wish you and your feline family all the best in health and happiness.

That's a good thing you are doing. Have you considered adopting some out, as you take in more? Finding good homes for strays is another way to continue your efforts. Kudo's to you from another animal lover! Keep up the good work!
