We have similar problem mate! I work here in abroad and I render 8 hours everyday regular work but sometimes I went to my hotel staff compound room almost late because of some reports I am doing in the office. When I reached my room I go directly to my bed and take a nap because I felt my energy is lost already I need to recharge. Most of the time I sleep at around 3am. By this daily routine I am tired, it seems I am not productive to my work. Aside from that I don't have any day to felt relax because all of my day off is canceled. I woke up everyday at 7am. It's very hard to have a daily routine sleep like what I have now. I don't want to take energy drink although I can drink for free because I don't want my body to be dependent of the energy drink. The better you can do, take time to take a rest if you have extra time, atleast you can recharge even once a week.

Sleep deprivation can cause some serious problems. For example: 1. It weakens your immune system. 2. There's an increased risk of automobile accidents. 3. Increased risk of work related accidents. 4. It impaires you decision-making skills. 5. It causes weight gain. 6. It affects you mood and other psychological issues. 7. It affects your memory and concentration. Do a little research there, kiddo. This can really negatively affect your health.

I believe not getting enough sleep is bad for your health. It will take a toll on you one day. Old folks also tells me that even if you are okay with few sleeps now, you will feel it effects when you get older.

It's really bad for one's health. Try to have more time to sleep. on weekends, try to have much rest. don't abuse your body.

Three to four hours of sleep is definitely not enough sleep. I once was only able to sleep for two and a half hours, and I did not feel normal all day because of it. It's definitely good to get a decent amount of sleep every night.

Honestly, I don't think that it's really good for anyone. Sometimes, you've got to do what you've got to do, but personally I think that you should be sleeping more that 3 or 4 hours a night. In the long run, I don't think think that you'll be helping yourself much.

3-4 hours of sleep is not that bad if this only happens once or twice a week, but if this happens regularly then I guess you better do something before your health gets badly affected. I think you better take some vitamin c and e. I also have problems dealing with my sleeping hours. Sometimes I get to stay awake for almost 48 hours straight for no reason, I just can't sleep. And when I finally get to sleep, I can sleep up to 12 hours.LOL I guess you're working up your body too much, you should try to vacant some of your time for you to relax a bit. Hope everything goes well for you.

It won't help you sleeping like that. Sleep at least 7 hours a day or the next time you look at the mirror you'll see an old person.

Well really you should be getting more sleep, particularly as you are feeling tired. If you do not sleep more, it will only take a short period of time until you become run down which will make you more vulnerable to colds and general illnesses.

It's not good that. Sleep is esential to good healt as well to be in good shape to face the next day. I sleep 6, 7 hours daily, and still there are days that I feel tired, so more tired you would be I guess. Maybe you can rearrange your schendule to get some more time to sleep peacefully, it would greatly increase your daily activities.

I really do think that you need more time to sleep because sleeping like that will affect your health and i suppose if you are a student, then you are probably young so you seriusly need to get more sleeps or it will be like you are ruining your youth. But i know it is hard to study and do job trainee but please please consider about your health first because without your perfect health, there is no use of education and money!

I think if you have a deep sleep within 3-4 hours, it will be fine.
