Why do you think Christina Aguilera is not as popular as other artists?

She is arguably one of the most talented singers out there, even more talented than Lady Gaga, and yet she is nowhere as famous. Is there a reason for this? Bad marketing? Or do people really just care more about image than about talent?

It is true that Christina is a very good singer. I have all of her albums to date. I also am a fan of Lady Gaga. Both have great voices, and their lyrics are spectacular. I think it is a matter of marketing and publicity that determines one's fame level.

They are both talented artists but that is just not my cup of tea. I prefer Hip Hop and stuff like that. Again Lady Gaga is a bit too crazy for comfort. Christina again not my cup of tea.

Well, not bad marketing, she had her time, before she was quite famous, but the world now likes messed up things, that is why bieber and others are top famous, while better singers are all the way down
