Matrix - under what circumstances will the Oracle's predictions come true?

In the movie "The Matrix" Neo Morpheus is guided to the oracle, where Neo gets hints about his destiny .... My question now is when and under what conditions the promises come true.

Why Smith explodes in The Matrix 3?

At the end of Matrix 3 Neo Smith destroyed in the virtual world. Smith then explodes and all of his "doubles" with him. Why? I mean it "must" assume all right and so on. But where the reason lies in the programming of the Matrix?

RobertoRamos no, they shouldnt, when you smoke a cigarete, you have the filter, while the other ones that are in the car, they smoke full problems, it should be prohibited

RobertoRamos i have a silly pride, since i was 15, i stopped taking any kind of medicine, to make my body fight with nothing but himself against deseases, i am still alive, so it has shwon me that its quite ok to do that :D
