when my stomach gets upset

Sometimes, my stomach gets upset and I would have an LBM or loose bowel movement. If I see that it’s not that loose, I don’t take medicine for it. I would just naturally go to the comfort room and eliminate it.
I am happy when it’s like that mild, because I know it’s one way my stomach gets to eliminate whatever toxins there are in my stomach. I only take medicine if and whenever, the elimination is very loose and gets to go to the CR more than twice.
What about you guys?

However You don't treat it lightly if It takes the form of loose bowel movement and abdominal pain or you feel as if you are running a fever, because that is likely bacillary dysentery.

hmm.. when my stomach gets upset i just go to the comfort room and release it all there. sometimes i spend hours sitting in the bowl just to keep myself from going back and forth to the comfort room.
i would then replenish lost water by drinking plentiful water although that would mean that i still have to go back and forth the comfort room to pee.
but that's a lot better than to go back there to poo.

Unless it's amoebiasis i don't take medicine at all. One doctor advised me that taking medicines to stop you from eliminating bowels when you are suffering from lbm is actually very toxic and not healthy. It might cause some problems later on. It's better to let all the toxins out but you have to make sure you're taking electrolytes to replenish the lost fluid in your body.
So in my case, i just take gatorade to replenish the fluid.

Yeah toni, like i said if it's only mild and you don't have to go out, don't take medicine anymore. Taking it will later make you constipate that you will not be able to defecate even if it's already past two days.
That's right, gatorade can help replenish the fluid. Another one is Hydrite. But it taste awful, that i feel like throwing up.
At least Gatorade tastes a lot better.

If I have to stay outside home, then I would definitely take medicine. If I would just stay at home, then I don't take medicine at all so all the bad bacteria would be eliminated. I drink lots of fluids and eat lot of fruits to replace the nutrients and water being lost in the process.

Yes, when we are to go outside having this LBM, we should indeed take the medicine.
If not, better just bear with it and like you said drink lots of fluids. But my friend, there are particular fruits that could worsen it, like citrus fruits. Am i right?
In my experience, banana is the recommended fruit.

Oh, that I do not know. Good thing I do not eat citrus fruits when I'm having LBM. I always eat banana and apple. :)

Yes, if we have that, and we have to really make an important thing outside , then we should take the medicine, lest we get into a compromising situation.
But if you are at home, an it's just mild, then just bear with it. However, if it gets worse, then we can take the medicine.

Sometimes, we know how sick we are to determine if we are to take medicine or not. We have a lot of tested home remedies, so we apply them.
However, if it turns out that they cannot be cured by those home remedies, it's time to take the medicine for it.

They said that if you are having an LBM, that means there's a bacteria that gets into your stomach and your system if fighting it. IN order for the bacteria to be washed off, don't use any medicine unless you need to go somewhere. It is a natural reaction of our body to fight the bacteria that is why you just need to let it go.

Yes, drinking lots of water really helps also. It prevents you from being dehydrated. And it helps you flush your toxins more.
But if it makes you keep on going back to the comfort room, you have no recoruse but to take medicine, lest you get dehydrated.
