I have moved, it has been a long hard Day but we got there
Gissi is snoring his head of next to me you would think he did it all
He was running between the 7 of us and I think he was getting confused as he thought he was following me lol but nope he was not
I have heat, I have hot Water, I have a nice Flat I am WARM
I am tired, I am in a lot of Pain but who cares I am warm
I am looking forward to getting back into bed it will be the first time in a week lol
And as you can all see I am online as well
I changed Provider as again I was being told it would take up to 6 weeks, no chance, I told them very politely to cancel my Services with them got this one and well here I am
So every one I am sort of settled but I am of to bed soon, my nice bed

Oh Gaby, I know you must feel such relief. I know I would. You finally have heat and no more mildew on the walls or in the kitchen. No more wet walls from the damp and humidity. ah yes and hot water for baths and dishes. That is so nice. I'm so glad for you.
Welcome to your New better home!
I have been busy and have a birthday party to get ready for tomorrow. My grand-daughter will be 10 and we are taking her to Pizza Hut for a party. Then to miniature golf to play that.
Then Britt will be leaving on Monday morning to go back to Canada. So I will be busy for the next 2 or 3 days and I have been really busy with having an early Thanksgiving with my family so Britt would be included. We did that yesterday.
I have been busy today too.
You rest and get a good nights sleep. hugs..

I'm so glad you are safe and warm again!
I don't know why but I've been stressed all day. I think my blood sugar got low or something. I know that V's sugar was low and we were banging on each other!
Then we came home and fixed a couple of dishes for the party tomorrow.
V was sitting at the table cutting up tomatoes and cucumbers while we made a few middle eastern dishes while I was standing up, washing stuff.
V wanted to know if I'd stay while she cleaned something, but I needed to sit down!

I have been working on the computer most of the day, oh, and I made meatloaf and some cat food to put in the freezer. My kitties prefer the homemade stuff and it is much healthier. I have a cool house but a warm bed, and that works for me. We have rain, that may turn to snow. I wondered about you today, and thought of you and moving. I am so very glad you had help getting this done. I bet your health will improve because you will be warm and comfortable and you will not have the mental stress of dealing with that landlord.Have a sweet sleep Gabs.

That's great gabs! I'm so happy to hear you can at least stop worrying about being warm and cozy. What did I do today? Gosh, I just tried to keep my dad's spirits up, and my mom from driving him nuts. She of course doesn't realize she's driving him nuts (the dementia).

Hi Gabs & Gissi! Welcome Home! I am so happy to hear that you
two are now out of that horrible place and settling into your
new place! That is about the best news I could hope for today!
Knowing that the two of you are now safe and warmI couldn't
hope for more! I am truly so happy to hear this wonderful news
since I haven't been able to "talk" to you for such a very long
time now! I had to go visit the Podiatrist today for some "toenail"
work. It wasn't pleasant, but hopefully I will be in less pain
when I try to start wearing my most "fashionable boots"! I am
very into wearing different kinds of boots in the colder weather.
I have so many different kinds, some just for fashion, some totally
for cold, some for snow! But, with my toenail problems it becomes
quite and issue~ Long story-not that important and not really sure
it can be "fixed" so "no pain, no gain"!lol Hope that you and Gissi
will have a wonderful first night in your new place!
Love and Hugs, Les, Star & Lunatic

Oh, Gabs, how glad I am it's all over! Isn't it nice to be in a place you can call HOME without any doubt?
Of course Gissi is tired, he had a lot of work to do all day long! What if he didn't move furniture and stuff? He had his own work to do, and I'm sure he did it well.
I had a great day and I'm tired, too, but not from too much work. On Friday we end our work day at 2pm, so after work I had time to go for a hike in the woods near our town. That's why I'm tired, but it's also a pleasant fatigue (if I can say so).

Congratulations on your successful move. I know how challenging and fraustrating it can be to move. That is why I promised myself I would never do it again. The packing is not as difficult as having to unpack and reorganize everything in your new home. And spend more than a week sleeping on a sofa or an inflatable bed with no internet connection, I have been there. But it seems that you are pretty much settled in and relaxing in your new home again congrats!!!

Awww, I am so happy for you... As you can see I am a little late posting this. I have been at my moms for the weekend. I helped her with a craft show she was in on Saturday, had to be there early to set up. I spent Friday night with her. Saturday night I stayed again, had my grandson stay too. We all went to church Sunday morning. Thats great your all moved, your gonna be living it up, heat, hot water, being warm. you will be feeling like a Queen. I just hope you get some good sleep in your bed and you feel better, good sleep works wonders.

So Gabs, you've had a real house WARMING!
Congratulations on the move, I'm so glad it's done and over with. Now you can be happy and warm and cosy as well. I'm sorry you had to go through everything with that other horrid place and the horrid landlord and his wife. Things will improve all round now I'm sure...I can feel it "in my water".

That's wonderful news gabs! It sounds like you're starting out on the right foot in this flat so the outlook like good too. All we can do now is hope. Hope you got the rest that you desperately needed AND in your bed FINALLY. :) As for me, I took the shampooer part that came in to my parents and put it on then I spent some Rome with them before coming home. We have only the truck right now because my car is in the shop AGAIN but we should get it back tomorrow. Today, Sunday has been a lazy day just watching TV. An unusual occurrance for me and I'm enjoying it.
