I really am anxious to see this movie, but I really hope that they do this movie differently than all the others and for once actually follow the book, because otherwise I don't really think that the movie will be all that great. On the other hand, if they actually follow the book this time, then the people that have watched the movies and not read the books are bound to be totally lost. Still, I am hoping that since they are making the movie in two parts this time they are intending on following the book, but I guess that time will tell.

Ya completely agreed with you, I felt the same. It was more of a love story, a split moment I had forgotten that I was watching Harry Potter. Oh, God it was so annoying. I can still remember how was I frowning over my friend in the theater even though he had paid for my ticket...he he...
Felt like it was never worth a watch.
They had left out many details.
What I think is that, if you are unable to make the proper presentation then make two parts of the movie, then you might get the time and space to show the required part.
It was nice talking to you.

Ya me too strongly feel that they should do this movie differently than others and should follow the book with maximum accuracy. They should not add rubbish stuff like they did in the fourth part of the movie.

That last movie really made me angry and sick. They made it into a love story rather than what it really was. I mean, there has always been an underlying thing between Hermione and Ron and also Harry and Ginny, but that definitely was not the main focus of any of the books. The last movie focused more on the "romance", which was just a minor side plot, and totally ignored the main focus of the book, which really was quite annoying. In fact, they left out so many key details about the book that people that hadn't read the books and only watched the movies will have no idea where some of the key events in the last book are based on.

I'm just hoping it will be accurate! I hate it when they miss out of lots of storylines of the book because they have to shorten it to 2 hours. But hopefully, they shouldn't miss out much this time because it should be twice as long because of it being in two parts and all that.

Ya some parts have missed so much of the vital parts, like the 3rd and 4th part were totally black. I didn't like the 4th part at all. They had changed a part of the story.
Hope this time it has been done with much accuracy.

Ya, I didn't even like the fourth part, according to me it was the only movie capable of a full swipe at Oscars, but the Harry Potter producer and direction team was so gross, I felt like tearing my ticket and getting out of IMAX theater with a big NO to other Harry Potter movies.

Yeah, I used to get all the DVDs until it came to the fifth one. That film missed out nearly all of the whole storyline about Dumbledore's Army. It was cho's friend to dobbed on them not cho!!! Ughhh!! As you can probably tell, I get really aggravated by it =)

i expect the story will be intense since they will live outside Hogwarts area, like normal people and witches do. Also, I hope it will be darker than the previous movie since Voldemort is rising and people got scared by it. I really hope the action scene and drama mixed very well without being cut a lot, like the previous Potter movies. Cutting the movie into 2 parts really made my expectation higher

Ya that was a good move splitting the movie into two parts. It will give space for more of the story to be placed.
I too expect action to be more actually I expect it to be extreme.
But the last time I expected Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire to win awards, it went just the opposite.
Anyway I am expecting this one to be a hit. Lets see, another 5 days to go.
Thanks for your share.

Ya that was a good decision of splitting the movie into two parts. Now they can show more of story, earlier versions should have done this.
I too agree that HP 4 had all the stuff to receive the Oscar but it failed.
Hope this does well.
Take care.

I'm very much excited to see it in the big screen! Like most of Harry Potter fans, I am expecting accuracy and faithfulness to the book. I have been quite disappointed in the previous movies but I know that every director, producer and script writer who have worked on the past 6 movies interpret the books differently so I cannot blame them. I don't want to compare the movie (like what I did with the last 6 films) to the book so I'll just pretend I don't know the story LOL. I want to see Bill!!! Well the wedding of Bill and Fleur. He was supposed to have been in the previous movies too. :( But anyways, I hope this 2-part movies of the 7th book give the ending of the series a really good bang. Looking forward to watching it! Hope you enjoy it too! :)

Ya me too expecting the movie to be strictly go with the book, all the previous movies were frustrating. Ya the Bill and Fleur's wedding is being awaited.
I too hope that this ending parts should give the whole series a hit close.
But I really wanted HP 4 for winning Oscars, but it didn't.8-(

Honestly, I will probably never watch this movie. I watched the first Harry Potter, but only got through half of the second movie. I stopped watching all together as to me, it is quite dull and boring. I am into more mature movies. Horror, Comedy, and stuff like that.
They only fantasy series I particularly enjoyed was Lord of the Rings. I will certainly be watching The Hobbit when it is released.
