camposkat I think today, brides-to-be are more open-minded and adventurous in choosing their wedding gowns so I don't think it is a problem for brides-to-be what color they want for their dresses. But for me I still go with the white gown. I prefer to be traditional.

camposkat I forgot another helpful tip. After 24 hours of the injury, you can put hot compress on your knee instead of cold compress to help the blood flow circulate in the injured area. These are just what I basically know as first aid, hope it helps. Take care!
