When will mylot start live chat for support department?

There are lots of issue which is not easy to solve. And also not easy to define, if mylot start her live chat support facility then 99% issues will be solved in few minutes. I would see the day when it will become a reality. Do you want to have such facilities? Tell yes or no.

This is not something that is likely to be implemented due to the limitations of personal and such. The best ways to get help is use the contact form or send me a friend request and discuss the issue with me. Was there a particular issue you needed help with?

Yes, because I have an one year old issue. My problem is not able to add any banners in my profile page. Anyway, thanks for your reply.

If it is not possible than they can limited it to urgent issues only. Because it won't effect anybody. They can fix a day, like Saturdays for solving issues with livechat. But it all depends on mylot admin only.
