Mylot (What) Kind of Social Networking Site...

mylot is a social networking site but not like facebook. here we can share things and ask advises to many people with only one discussion. but in facebook we usually dont talk about our life with strangers. also many people just add people they know near. also here isnt a chat site we become friends bcs we start to know each other deeply but is bcs we want to^^ not bcs this is a chat site. anyway i like mylot much but i also like facebook much^^ but i wish that someday mylot also becomes very famous. maybe someday facebook wants to make mylot part of it. will be good for mylot admin i guess if facebook showed interest in buy the site or something. many people would be on here^^

Hi L.Knight I agree with the above response that myLot is more than Facebook or any other social site there are different reasons behind this and some are already explained above. But in my point of view we cannot compare this with other social sites, but, yeah we can compare this with other discussion sites. In Facebook or other site, they have different things like status update, chatting with online friends, games and many type of other different applications, and due to those application users are attracted but I think over here your only purpose is to share your experience and knowledge from which other members get benefit while on Facebook you cannot share it due to privacy and other factors, which you dont want to share but over here, we share it normally because we know that we definitely get a good suggestion on that while on Facebook may be some of our friends make joke or other thing of us on a problem and it can go to some other angle than solving the problem, which is just a waste of time. There are so many factors too, which friends ll explain in a while, which make myLot more attractive than Facebook and other social sites among serious and educated people....:)) Have a nice day...:)

I cannot find the words to describe My Lot’s popularity. It is a way to make friends and earn money but there is something more here that I have not experienced on other social sites. I have joined many and none compare to this one. I know this sounds ridiculous but it is as though there is a different kind of energy here…I don’t know if MyLot will ever match Facebook’s status but it is becoming more and more accepted and enjoyed by more and more members so who knows…If it keeps going like this it may be very well known worldwide in a few years. Personally I love it!

For me if it will happened then it is by future maybe.

Mylot.com is a great social networking community where we can also make money for our activities. For a lot of people, Mylot is their first choice to make money online, as it is so simple to earn here. At Mylot, you don't need to have very good writing skills, and you don't even to be a subject English speaker, as long as you can express your thoughts clearly enough, you can make money here very easily, for just starting a discussion or responding to others' discussion will boost your earnings in your account.

MyLot is a social networking site that pays its members for every quality posts they make. There are admins here that does not tolerate it's members to say bad things about their members unlike facebook which you can see vulgar words and a thread of war posts. So it is really safe here in MyLot to be a real goodie person. Nobody will be able to post derogatory remarks here. I do not have facebook account. For my own opinion only, who needs connections with your friends and loved ones if you have mobile phones to connect with them. and who needs connections like that if you have your own life. I am really sorry but I am not a fan of facebook.

Comparatively to all other social networking sites in the virtual world, mylot is unique as it needs some kind of intellectual exchange of thoughts to be able to survive here. It may not have all the 'fringes' that others are offering yet it excel and still growing to cater for like minded people who believe that words alone are able to bridge international friendships. I hope mylot will be place side by side with the famed facebook or leader in social networking site in the virtual world map one of these days. It needs our undivided support to materialize this dream!

hi letran I think its the best kind without a crappy chat room and it works to try to keep our discussions quality ones. We are unique in that we differ a bit from all other forums and I like that sol much.l like the way Mylot does differ from all other forums and does not let us really try to tear each other down. I was in a diabetic forum and was totally dissed just for giving my own views on diabetes. No moderator at all. So I lke mylot as if we play fair we can enjoy each other from all over the world.

It's one where you can meet people via discussions as opposed to meeting people by posting pretty pictures on their profile. :D

hi LK, what kind? it is not much of a social site. firstly, we are not allowed to divulge identity although some knows other mylot members already - secretly, i guess they talk with each other and chat. mylot is more of the opinion gathering site and wonderfully, it pays. do facebook or ym do? i dont think so. ann

i think mylot will be really popular if the members would understand it deeper. some in the beginning would find it difficult or not user friendly but if they give more attention they would realize that there are so many gains they will have here. that would be mylot's asset.

Many people are attracted by mylot because it helps people to make few cents through our activities. It is my favorite social networking website. Here, we have full freedom to express our feelings and thoughts. Here we get clear information about each sites which are online. It is the best site for clarifying our doubts. Anyway, i like this site very much.

I feel Mylot will be more popular than now in future. it's great network. for all my problems,there are few discussions on mylot and in that discussion there will be one good solution. same time i can earn few dollars... cool Mylot.

I'd say it's a general discussion based website not a friend based one though you make friends on it it's not the same,yet you can also earn from it so it also goes into another category ,but all in all it's a perfect new combination,it just needs to improve it's outlook and I'm sure their working on that.

i love mylot much better than any other social networking site because i can make new friends here from various countries and the fact that i can learn so much new knowledge from here as well... add on to that, it pays for our efforts here... i hope that one day mylot will become the most popular social networking site like it is being predicted... take care and have a nice day...

hello Letran, What is Mylot? What kind of social site? Ok,for me Mylot is not an ordinary social site like the other social sites having almost same features and functions for connecting people. Mylot is like an online diary,an individual blog site,an outlet,a journal of our everyday life. Mylot is like a mother whom we can express freely our feelings and thoughts. Mylot site is a storage of everyday people's emotions,a compilations of LOVE,HATE,ANGER,HAPPINESS,DISAPPOINTMENT,SUCCESS,FAILURES,PROBLEMS (personal or general).etc. If you feel bored,just log-in to mylot and read discussions it will give you ideas. The topics are informative and sometimes funny or even crazy (but who cares as long as the topic header/starter was able to express his/her feelings) Mylot is more of true people's emotions, sharing and inter-action (never mind the trolls and annoying mylotters...we can not avoid them) Mylot is like a stage that you can picture every role that an individual mylotter's portray (according to their personality) Unlike with the other social sites where the inter-action is only limited with personal friends or people only in their lists. Plus the risks of being exploited (never dare to post sexy pictures uh uh) Can't say more dear bro...all i know is,i feel free to express who i am each time i i make responses to discussion that i can relate with. have a good day always
