I've an Paypal account, and 2 days ago, my account has been changed by someone, I don't know how he can got my password. He login my account and change every information, he changed my password first, then he send all my money (amount only 5$) to an Paypal account : vodkaze@gmail.com , after that he added an email address to my PP account. the mail which added to my account is phamthetuanphong@gmail.com. And the last he changed my primary email address.
I've lost all my information about my PP account. I've sent support to PP service but no reply. I can not call them because I can't speak english fluently.
I try to find some information about email address vodkaze@gmail.com but nothing found.
Just sharing my story for laugh. I think i'm so lucky because he only hacked my PP account, if he hacked my Alertpay account, maybe now i can not laugh like that. Haha.
Just sharing for every one know about two email vodkaze@gmail.com and phamthetuanphong@gmail.com , both of them can not be trusted.
Just smile.

How did he even get your password?
Hopefully you don't have a key logger virus otherwise it's very easy for him to find out anything you type on your keyboard. Make sure that it isn't the same password for any other login you use. Also did you scan for malicious software/programs yet?
Good luck and glad you're looking on the bright side of things!

be careful of any e mail that states there has been unauthorised activity on your account that then gives you a link to reset your passwords, or security information, these e mails are sent by thieves and if you respond you will find you have given them all your info. What happens is once you go through what you believe to be a genuine check, you are then directed to the correct site for your account so you think the first one did not work enter your details again and as this is now your correct page you check and find all is ok, you think good and you log off. This is when the theft occurs as you may not return to your account for a while you do not realise what has happened

Your Paypal account has been hacked, and the password with other details have been changed, yet you were able to access, and thus know, about the changes including the payment details. You must be a computer expert. If it happened to me I would not have known about the transaction details.
There is no need to use two anti-virus software. Use one which is strong, in the sense that it is prepared to deal with possible attack variations.

I guess these PayPal hackers nowadays are too much.Even, the PayPal support service also have been down these days.I tried to withdraw some money to my bank account and suddenly my PayPal account changed its status to limited account.I e-mail the support service and they stated that they would reach me within 72 hours. The actual time that they take is 7 days. What a shame.....

I'm sorry that this had to happen!
Just wondering, but did you have any other very personal information entered into your account, such as a credit card number? They might be after that... If that is the case, then you should contact your credit card company as soon as possible and let them know what has happened so you won't be charged for large, suspicious purchases that the thiefs make.
Hope everything else is going well for you!

I've never had my PayPal account hacked, but I have made sure to have a strong password so that it's harder for someone to figure out. I also never tell anyone my passwords just to be safe.

Wow... it really sounds dangerous from what you posts. Hopefully not much victims from them and hopefully they'll get nabbed one day. Sorry for what you encounter and hopefully all of us take note on these emails and don't trade with any of them in the future.

So sorry that your account got hacked. I have been hearing some instances of this kind.I have taken strong steps to ensure that my account doesn't get hacked. A lot of importance should be given to your password. Better to use different passwords for different sites and also use antivirus that can track malicious software which can decode our passwords..
Be extra careful from now on..Happy mylotting...!!!
