How often do you share a comment on facebook?

I enjoy reading other people on facebook and rarely share a comment. Unless there is something important, I'd rather read what others have to say. Once in a while I comment on my friends' posts. I prefer not to criticise even when I don't agree with opinions expressed by learned people who are out to show how well-read and informed they are. Arguments can lead to misunderstanding which is not what Facebook is all about. Isn't it?

I do enjoy reading other people's status or posts (everyday) on facebook as well. I'd like to know a little about what they've done or what happened to them that day. But I do post my own status from time to time (like once a week) and share stuff like pictures, videos, links to things I'd like my friends to see (especially upcoming movie trailers). And I do greet friends on their birthdays which I post on their facebook profiles too because I cannot greet them in person or call them because I'm in another country. Like you, I don't want to criticize or argue with my friends regarding their own opinions so I just don't reply or stop replying if I think it'll end up in an argument. Yes, arguments can lead to misunderstanding especially online when you cannot gauge the person's emotions or how he/she wants to say something and how she wanted this message to go across to you.

To be honest with you i get fed up of all of those boring status that people keep putting up and i can not see the need to comment on a status that says back soon, or, just having dinner yummy.I tend not to go on there much only to see if i get a message in my inbox from friends,or to send a message.

Hi! I always add comment on my friend's status everyday, or even with the pictures they posted. What I normally comment are positive ones and to encourage my friends if they needed some advise. I give comments that are sometimes a joke and my friends understand it. I do not give comments though that are bad or detrimental to others. They are my friends, that's why I added them to my facebook. :-)
