You are probably aware already that the US has the highest divorce rates on our planet.
The question is who gains from divorce
I KNOW ITS NOT THE MEN......
--Divorced men are 39% more likely to commit suicide
NOR THE WOMEN.......
-- women have associated divorce with twin evils of "guilt and shame", "anger and resentment", "depression and ambivalence"
CERTAINLY NOT THE KIDS
--40% of American kids are living without their fathers
--Children of divorced spouses suffer more psychological problems
--Schooling kids of the divorced earn lower grades than their peers
Now then, if all the parties concerned in a divorce are losers, why is divorce still thriving?
Its because someone is gaining from it??
Who in your opinion is gaining from a divorce???

Who is gaining from divorce? The abused spouses who wakes up everyday wondering if this is the day his beatings will actually end her life. The kids who no longer have to see their parent being abused. Never mind the court costs and lawyer fees, no one should have to suffer abuse and live in an abusive relationship.
And children of divorced parents are not the only ones living without fathers in their lives...many dads are not even aware they have children, many dads never even marry their child's mother, I could go on....it's not only the breakdown of the family unit...it's so much more than that.

I don't really see the family gaining a lot from the divorce. Perhaps they don't lose as much, if the couple does in fact stay on very good terms, but still ... It's really difficult to say exactly. I think that at times, it just depends on the couple and the situation that they find themselves.

The divorce lawyer gains from the divorce case in a financial way. Generally it can give a child two years of suffering after his or her parents split up and get divorced. In the past couples stayed together in marriage for better or worse to have good times and get through the bad times. These days couples don't last the distance. They might get fed up with each other or go off with a 'better partner. A good marriage means both the wife and the husband have to put in the effort. if one of them wants to get divorced the other has to suffer the horrible proceedings and nasty world of divorce. In my home country many couples get divorced.

I believe that the only people who benefit from a divorce is the lawyer! the relationship between husband and wife is torn apart. Children are also hurt by the dissolution of a parent's marriage. I can see the only person gaining any kind of benefit from divorce would be the lawyer who is being paid!

Only people I see gaining are the alomoni checks, child support checks, the court fees, and the lawyer fees.
Divorce happens because a family don't realize that arguments in the family are just simply part of being a family.
