I prefer phones that have a touch screen, but also a slide out full QWERTY keyboard with actual buttons. I don't mind using a touch screen to select icons, but if I'm typing words, I want to use buttons!

In the past I preferred to use non-touchable cellphone. But later I bought a touchable cellphone. At first I didn't really get used to it. As time goes by, I start to use the touch screen cellphone and I find it is very convenient. Especially when I surf the net.
I love China

I think both types have their pros and cons. Overall I would have to say I prefer the touch phone, especially if it has a QWERTY keyboard.

i think touch-phones are ok..so the touch functionalities are comfortable in amny cases so i think this feature should be enabled if you are buying a new phone..

I have not had the opportunity to use a touch screen phone so I really cannot say for sure. IT seems that the touch screen in much easier to manipulate from what I have observed others doing. But it looks kind of complicated too figure out!

Hi insulin: beleive or not, in my case I'm the opposite. I prefer no touching cell phones because my hands sweat and it's a little bit difficult for me to chose the right option and it's uncomfortable to me to write using the touch option. I prefer to touch the bottoms of my cell phone and there are a lot of beautiful cell phones that have no touch so it's not a big sacrifice for me. Thanks for asking us this question.

I originally thought that touch screens where quite neat, until i got a touchscreen phone, and now i cant wait to get rid of it. It always phones people when the mobile is in my pocket. Furthermore, the battery is terrible, and the screen gets really mucky quickly. Furthermore, your ear often presses on the hang up button on the touch screen loads of time.
Once i finish off this contract, i am either going back to my own phone if my brother doesn't want it, or i will get a flip phone (my old phone was flip). I find flip phones are good as you cant call people when you don't mean to, and also they get bigger when you want to use them, and smaller when you don't!
Dont get me wrong, touch screens are very "flashy". BUT, and it is a big but, in my pesonal opinon, they lose funcitonality. I prefer buttons, and stuff like that. But i am getting worried, as technology seems to be moving more towards touchscreens, and these weird wii style remotes. I really dont like these controllers, that just show off, and are harder to use.
hmm...
