Do you sleep naked ?

Do you sleep naked or have you tried it at one point or the other in your life? What was your feel? Could you sleep well or felt it bizarre that you were doing something unusual?
Sleeping naked like a thing that is very difficult to accept for most of us. In fact, a scientific and rational choice of Sleeping naked does have many advantages, especially for male reproductive health. Help protect the male reproductive function.
A lot of people start to feel sleeping naked embarrassed, in fact, the need for comfort is the human instinct, as long as comfortable and healthy in order to, dressing and undressing are reasonable.

hi krajibg no I surely do not as I am uncomfortable naked. I wear a loose shorty nightgown as I have to share a room with another wpomam. she is really ditsy as she wears her dayclothes to bed. very unhealthy sweaty day clothes not me. that is gross. I wear clean shorty nighties and they are loose for comfort but also are practical if anyone comes to the door we are at least clothed. decency to me means your body is covered.

Hi hatley,
my god how come one could be so comfortable sleeping in the day dress. I can not unless I change over the moment I enter my house.
And while sleeping I must have loose dress on or else my sleep is far in the jungle. lol

No never. I will be afraid of what i look like when i am awake. Even if I sleep in bed alone and the door is safety lock i am still embarassed to sleep naked. Moreover, I feel cold easily. My bones are weak and even my stomach once the cold air enter the pores of my skin. I rather cover myself with sleeping dress.

During the summer it gets hot and I feel weird sleeping without a blanket so I will sometimes sleep naked when it gets too hot. But during the winter it is normally too cold for me to want to sleep naked.

I sleep naked because I toss and turn a lot while I sleep. When I wake up my clothes are twisted all over me and I'm hot. I'd rather sleep naked because for me its more comfortable, its also easier to regulate my temperature if I only have the bed sheets or covers to keep me warm. When I'm staying at somebody's house I sleep with something on but at home I'm more comfortable.

Just with underwear, I haven't tried yet but I have been taking my courage to the consent of my husband..lol!

Many people sleep with the under wear on but I think and also the medical science that we should not put on underwear when sleeping at night as we go for a long recession.

Better not to sleep naked..just imagine if something bad happen for example you die when you sleep and someone found you naked..that will be a shame. second example your home burning and at that time you're sleeping..then you wake up..are you going to run naked? For me, i choose to wear boxer or short pants.

no, i'm not... in fact, i don't like to sleep naked at all... i just don't feel comfortable with sleeping naked and i feel embarrassed because i am exposed if i do that... take care and have a nice day...

I sleep naked or wearing very light material
no specific reason, I just feel more 'free' that way

I wear clothing to bed and have done so since I became a mother. Now that the children are grown and gone and I'm alone, I still wear nightclothes--what if there was a fire or other emergency where I needed to leave the house quickly? I would lose precious time throwing on some clothing.

I never sleep naked and I don't think that I ever will because I just don't feel comfortable and yeah it's weird for me, but not to others which is alright. Yeah though not for me I think that I would get to cold sleeping in the nood. A lot of people do sleep in the nood, but that's because it's comfortable for them to do so.
I find it much more comfortable when I'm not naked though..It depends on the person

Yes, if the weather is good I love sleeping naked. But not when it's too cold, even with blankets, or when it's too hot I'd feel sticky.

I definitely prefer to wear clothes when sleeping. Although I'll wear my undies and a tank top on summer nights, and long pants & a thermal shirt on a winter night.. I have done it a couple times - slept naked, that is - and I had to MAKE SURE that no one else would be home when I tried it LOL which is hard because I live with 3 other people. I would be too scared that somerone would walk in, and it would be a huge embarrassment. LOL

Hi Rajib,
Sleep without cloth or with some cloth on? Actually I have tried the former a good many time and I had a bad sleep for my attention was on my THING and it would stand up and hence now I do not do it any more.

Hi hilar,
I meant sleeping without any cloth. This is like when you undress yourself.
Oh! your thing would disturb you for it was something different for the member and hence you felt different.

short answer - yes
reasons - well you remove dirty clothing from the day and either bathe or shower, why would you then put back on clothing?
As to feeling embarrassed about doing so, we are born naked so i dont see what there is to be embarrassed about.
