What would you do if you want someone to like you?

Let's imagine that you got guests. Or you meet with friends, but some of them take someone else with them. This person seems to be a nice guy/girl, you like what he/she talks about, you like his/her opinions, you like the way that person looks. But imagine that you are a lot people at the same table in the coffee or you got around 10 guests. And you like so much that person, you just want to make something, which will help to the person to like you more and to want to know some more about you.
What are your moves about that? 
I'm not talking about love, about relationship, just for a normal person, who may be wouldn't pay so much attention specially for you, because there are a lot of unknown people around him and he is trying to talk with everyone.

You should do someting to attract him/her and if you don't do anything ,you will get nothing.My means is that to express your individual feature --positive,energetic,vigorous and active,to him/her. Because anyone person love energetical man/woman.

i usually just try to engage in a general conversation with that person... that's all i will do to get a person to notice me... i am basically an introvert person and not really comfortable to be around lots of people... and i don't really like to attract other people's attention as well... so i don't really do this often as well... take care and have a nice day...

I am the same kind of person, i don't feel good if the people around are not close enough with me. I need to feel someone like read friend, to feel comfortable, to talk with all and to give opinions. But right now i really need to impress some people, because i hope to work with them in future. And the way they will employ me is to show what kind of person am i and how much i like them, because i really like their work and the way they do their business.

I would do basically anything and everything for the person if i really like him.I would first give some space for the person to know and understand me.Then i would go and tell him that i really like him and his character.I dont care if he really likes me back but i will like him no matter what. :)

Hello Babblu, i like your answer, but there is 1 thing i don't do at all - to tell someone, that i like him. I never tell people what a great people are they and how much i like them, because for me liking and respect is something you have to show, not to tell. Words are something i don't like a lot, because they can't show attitude, they are just filling the free space between the people, this is what i think. Words are great for retelling stories, but for me they don't show the real regard that we have for a person.

Although you can not get people to like you, you also can not try so hard for someone to like you. The stress you would put on yourself for someone to like you is not healthy. I feel I am a people person and I am liked but I have ran into people who just don't like me. I never understood that but realized you can't please everyone and if it is not there, it is not there. I cherish the friends I do have and just stay being myself whether they like me or not. Who cares, no one knows me like I know me.

For me I will act an do it I will go to him/her and talk to him and tell him/her that I like your opinions and the way you look. It is okay for me if there are many guest. because I would never know the answer unless I try and seek the it. :)
