y'ALL ARE GOING TO GET A CHUCKLE OUT OF THIS, I HOPE. Got up yesterday morning & felt awful. Would have gone back to bed but had the computer guy coming so i couldn't. I needed a few things from the grocery & drugstore so decided to go get them & get that over with. I have to drive a good way to the grocery & about the time i got there i realized i had not put my partial in, not a pretty sight. I thought i am not driving back home to get it so i went on & tried to keep my mouth shut so people wouldn't think it was still Halloween, lol.I made it pretty good at the grocery but saw quite afew i knew at the drugstore that wanted to talk .Have u ever forgot something like that??

I am sure this happens to more people than you would think. Especially anymore since people are so much in a hurry to go somewhere. I have never done anything like this, but I have gone places wearing different socks, different shoes, or from time to time with a skirt on inside out, etc. It is embarrasing when someone else is the one to bring that out for sure.

Oh Jo...bless your heart!!! I have to say I have never really forgotten to put anything on before, but I have walked all around Walmart and loaded up a cart full of groceries, only to realize, I left my purse at home! That is embarrassing...and what a waste of time. Stupid!!! Oh well, another day in the life of me!! Hope you have a great day. Hugs.

Nope, but I have found an extra sock in my pant leg when I was out in public. LOL That is always when you see someone you know. Especially if you think no one will notice.

yes, I sure have. When I had my last partial it did not fit right and hurt my gums badly so I only wore them when I went out. Then, I left a couple of times forgetting to put it in.
I was doing like you...just hoping I would not have to talk or smle. The only thing is I smile a lot when I greet anyone so this was hard for me. lol

many times. i went to the store a while back, looked down when getting out of the car and realised i still had my house slippers on. these big things that are furred and red...

LOL! Don’t you hate incidents like that? Of course it has to be the time you will run into someone you know, isn’t that always the way? We live across the road from my daughter’s school so of course we walk there every morning and one particular day I walked out with two different shoes on, a gold flip flop on one foot and a totally different silver one on the other. I quickly dropped my child off and of course the teacher had to stick his head out of the classroom door and say, “May I have a word Mrs M…? Man., he NEVER talks to me but he just had to discuss the fund raising raffle on that day!!

Never really, but I guess it was pretty amusing for some people to see you with a partial on without it being halloween! Even though I haven't, quite few of my friends did and it was a funny sight!
