I have friends that have tried to get a baby boy or a baby girl and just that gender. They have used a gender selection diet, looked at timing, position and ph levels. Many of them have been successful to get their desired gender baby. Some of them weren't successful and got the opposite gender that they planned to have. To get a baby boy then that is most possible on the day of ovulation. However the lady must have a high enough ph level. She wants to have a ph level of 6 or 7. They wants to do it deeply. It is possible over a time of several months to pin point the day of ovulation. The diet will include salt. To get a baby girl then that is most possible in the days after the lady's period and avoid ovulation. Many ladies have a five day cut off. She wants to have a ph level of about 4. They want to do it shallowly. For example a lady might have a 28 days cycle. If she ovulated on day 14 for example that would be the day she would most likely conceive a baby boy. For getting a baby girl that the days most likely would be days 8, 9,10 and 11.

Hi, I never know about gender selection diet and it is my first to come across this topic. How effective is it? I am so curious to know more about it. For me, boy or girl is the same, since both you and your wife has different option, then it is best to have a discussion before carrying on with the plan.
