At what time u go sleep?

I think my question is easy to anser, At what time do you go sleep? And if you go sleep later than normal are you then still concentrated on your job? If i am not sleeping enough i cant concentated me to things and i only can think about sleeping, do more people have problems if they didnt sleep enough?
I am going to sleep around 10.30/11.00 p.m. do you guys and girls rthink it is normal?

My sleeping time varies. Yesterday, I went to sleep at 12PM. Depending on which time I get home from Pepsi, and the amount of work load I have on-line, my sleeping time is not definite. My dream is to have a set time in the future, as I feel that this will increase my health and productivity. At thirty years of age, I hope to accomplish this task, by sleeping at between 10 and 12pm. Nowadays, I might be sleeping at 9PM or 2AM, but I hope this changes with time. For my fellow friends here on MyLot, wish you all a Merry Christmas.

now u say merry christmas i think about new year what comes after it, that following days i am so tired because i stay up the whole night! to see the great firework and do it by my own. I am always sick after it but the good niuews is than i havent to go to my job, because i have holiday

i believe the more you sleep the better health you can gain.but the problem is now a days there are many things happening your brain gets stuck into many situations.every person has different problems in life and that is the big cause disturbance in sleep.

I think your bedtime is good. I should get so much interruped sleep? I have a bunch of kids and I have this thing where I can't go to sleep until I've had some time to myself and everyone else is sleep. If I get to bed before midnight I'm doing good. People underestimate the value of sleep. You need it! And, you need good sleep in your life. The number one thing that I notice is that I look better when I get more sleep.

yeah if i didnt sleep enough my is is looking so bad after a few days and normaly i dont use any creme orso but then my face need it because it is healthy for the skin! I know when my children where bay's i must wake up every 2 houres that wasnt good for my healty i thinkXD

i work at night so i usually go to sleep around 7 in the morning and wake up after lunch most of the days. before, i used to go to sleep late like 10-11AM but that changed when i got so stressed and sick. i sleep once i hit my bed. since i work at night, whether i get enough sleep during the day, i still feel sleepy in the office. my body is used to sleeping at night..

That is looking cool to me for a week orso working in the night, but i think it is going bored after that week because than must people see more sun light! I also cant sleep if it is to light....

I try to get to bed (asleep) around 11 each night. Sometimes when I am totally exhausted I will go to bed at like 8 or so. Then I try to get up around 6 each morning. I am groggy if i don't get enough sleep, and cranky too!

6 AM that isnt for me i wake up at 7am every day because if i dont do it i also get problems and then i cant sleep the next nightxD But now i am that is is normal to go to bed around 10.30 pmxD

I have to get up around 6 to feed my son or our schedule gets off for the day! I don't like to throw our schedule off. However, some mornings I just can't get up as early... depends on how much I actually slept!

In the netherlands the schools start at 8.30 am to i dont know how it is in to the usa but i have plenty of time in the morning and my children are old enough to get ther own breakfastxD I only have to go downstairs and i can start eat, i havent to put everything on the table because my children do itXD

If I have any remaining jobs or tasks to do,I'll finish it in the day and sleep early.If I have nothing to do,for example,during the weekends,I'll stay up late during the night surfing.Well,of course if we don't have enough sleep we'll end up being cranky the day after,but somehow there are few people who can overcame it.For example,few of my friends stay up for two days without sleeping and they still got the energy to get going.According to your sleeping time,it's fine but that depends on how many hours you are sleeping.I slept about 5 hours daily.

5 houre sleeping is not enough for me but every people need ather times to sleep i am someone thet needs lots of sleeps and i cant make much chances in to it! But if you only need 5 houres slep daily you must be lucky!

Whaha sleeping at my work no option than i havent any job anymore over 3 days, the best you can do is hold your job and sleep good it all better for you lifestyle and get everything save!

If i'm not at work in the morning early i go to bed anytime between 12 at night until 2am. I do go to bed earlier if i'm up early in the morning though because just like most adults i'd be very tired throughout the day otherwise. Somehow my wife manages to go to bed at around 1am and get up at 7:30am to get our son ready for school and set off at 8:30am. I don't know how she manages it but somehow she does.

Yeah that is surprising also to me that woman's better can make changges if they go sleep i personally can't if i switch in time than am i so tired! That's why i always keep it the same!

I do think you have a normal sleeping hour. Not many people will go sleep at 10.30pm - 11 pm. You do have a healthy sleeping habit which is good as it allows for sufficient sleep as well as the growth hormones to recharge itself. Hope you can maintain this healthy lifestyle provided you do not sleep more than 8 hours. lol.

During weekdays I try to go to sleep around 11pm, because I have to wake up at 6am to go to work. But on weekends I often go to sleep after 1am because I have so much fun - even if I'm just relaxing around the house.

Coffee i also cant without it athers i can only think cafeineXD My childern drink some time energy drink first i though that must be horrible but it is so nice i would say ry that one time (btw dont try it in the morningxD)

Ther are much people here that must wake up at 6 am for ther work i am very lucky i think i have to go to my job at 8.30am and than i wake up at 7am than i have a relax morningxD Are u tired the next morning if u stay awake at 1 am?

I go to bed around these hours too. I must have at least 6 hours or more of sleep, otherwise, I might not be able to work properly with concentration like you say. I might constantly yawning and sleepy during my work. So, go to bed early if you can, and give yourself a good habit.

it is good to hear i am normal with my sleeping times and you do the same, healty is also very important for me because if i am sick than am i really really sick and that isnt nice... And you too happy mylotting!

Hi,
I generally sleep at 10 10:30pm and wake up around 5 am in the morning,I think
6 1/2 hrs sleep is good enough for an adult. I sleep well and do not think about anything which worries me when I get to bed. Because If I cant sleep early I acnt wake up early in the morning at 5 am.
My yoga exercise and dailt riruals prayer everything will effect. The total day will be rushing towards time and appointments.So I made it a habit of sleeping early to wake up early.

I aslo go to bed at 10.30 than are in the netherlands they xcool tv programms of and then go i sleep, sometime do i make a last post here before i go sleep but i also cant sleep if i am thinking what could happen the next day and what already happend that day...

Every time it`s different.I may go to bad around 23:00,other time I can stay up to 3:00-4:00 A.M.It deppens of that how much I am tired,but and from many other stuffs.If it`s to noise also I am not feeling well and can`t fall asleep while it`s stoped.I hate noise when trying to sleep.There are some things that makes me anger.But I think that the rightest answer is - different days at different times.It deppends from different persons.And that`s why haven`t got an correct answer.:) :P

4 A.M. that is very late for me with new year i go to bed around 3am but u go on a normal day sometime to bed on 4am that is really surpricing me because i thought every body will go sleep around 11 pm...

this is problem to me as well if i dont sleep enough i feel throwing up next day i dont be able to concentrate neither like to eat.lot of time i have quit my job because i could not sleep the night before so you are not the only one i am with you

I always like to eat, because i cant eat much at 1 time i am always hungry that is good i think because if i am a little bit hungry i do my job better and can concentrat beter i dont know why but it is really my male friends have it too

I sleep very late at night it is about to dawn and the morning is coming over. During at early night iafter i ate my dinner i used to go to bed early as 8 or 9pm and i usually wake up at 12midnight just to do my chatting and online blogging. This is normal to me since i cannot sleep well especially i am bounded by the problems. And since i am not sleepy during at night I am always in front of my computer. This makes me feel better relax temporary.

That is a good way to do something if you can't sleep but if you go always at the same time to bed you shall see you can sleep beter, most of the time! But if i cant sleep i really cant sleep and than it is a good tip to just go blogg a little bit!

I know its bad, but usually I get to bed at about 12-1am on weeknights (and get up at 6am for school). Sometimes its because of my bad habit of procrastinating/making myself too busy, other times its because I enjoy spending hours on this site (it's so fun!).
I make up for it though on weekends (especially on Saturdays when I sleep-in until noon...lol). So I sleep about 40 hrs a week (half of it on Mondays-Fridays, and then same 20 hrs on just Saturday and Sunday).

It is good to hear you stay up for this site but i dont think you stay up very late you only have 15 postXd But you are new and i understand why it is!

It is certainly easy to answer friend
going to bed early and getting up early is always a good habit, but if one keeps awake till late night, it is not possible to get up early morning..
about me ,i go to bed by 10pm and get up between 5-6am depending upon weather..

10 P.M. is a really nice time time to go to your bed but it is hard for me to go to bed so ealry most of the time i go 30min laterXD I wake up at 7 and maybe sometimes earlier but if i have extra time in the morning i could do some mylotting!

Than i have a good tip for you becouse when i was younger i had it too, go read a book 30minutes orso before you go sleep you eyes will fail down fast and you have a good night! Ather things that you can do without a screen is hard to think but i hoe you get a good night after reading a book tonight!

It is quite right. If u ll not sleep well next day u will not feel good.. and not also concentrate on ur work. So there is necessary to complete ur sleep at least for 5-6 hours.
So do sleep well... Get more energize for the next morning... :)

If you can deal with chances in sleeping time it is just great to do because i also like the evening the most to watch television or be on this site but i can not deal good with changes in my sleeping time...
