bansal_iitd Hmmm.. True it is the case for many of people. Even a sound of pin drop break their sleep while for many of other a sound like fishy market is not enough to break their sleep. But both the conditions are good for different situations like the weak sleep make...

bansal_iitd It is quite right. If u ll not sleep well next day u will not feel good.. and not also concentrate on ur work. So there is necessary to complete ur sleep at least for 5-6 hours. So do sleep well... Get more energize for the next morning... :)
