I am trying to lose weight but always in vain. Some people are just lucky to be able to eat anything and remain slim. I think it is easier to gain weight than to lose weight. All you need is to eat rich food and for sure you'll see positive result soon.

I'm struck with this. I'm eating like anything, but still i have gained 3 KG in the last 8 months or more. I'm lagging 7 KG to correlate with my height. Moreover i have to increase my weight such that my hip size doesn't change too much. It will be okay, if it deviates from 30 to 32 CM...

guna, avoid the fats but increase your muscle mass and you'll be okay.

to gain a descent weight, what i mean is gaining weight with muscles not so much fat, you must eat more than you're doing now, but if you're skinny and struggle to gain weight, you know that eating more can be hard, you may fell like throwing up every time you try to eat more, luckily there's a easy, fast and cheap way to gain weight naturally just "GOMAD"-stand for a Gallon of Milk A Day, any "hardgainer" will gain weight drinking one gallon of milk a day and back it up with other protein food and complex carbs while doing workout for maximum of 30 min. only...

MOst people gain weight by eating and sleeping. If u want the fastest and unhealthiest way of gaining weight, sleep less then. When u are deprived of sleep, u tend to eat more just to stay awake. If possible, have a very heavy meal 2 hours before your bedtime, and only allowing yourself to sleep just 4-5hours. Repeat the same process for a week, and u will definitely put on weight.

I also want to gain weight. Doctors said to me that, we must have a cup of meal and eggs and banana at morning.Addiction, you can have a noodle with beef at dinner before go to sleep. And and important, you must talk exercise too make your body stronger.

Shuklaankit- There are many ways to gain weight but there are healthy ways and that is what I would personally recommend. You'll want to increase your weight regiment. The more muscle you build the more weight you'll put on as muscle weighs more than fat. In doing so you'll want to increase your calorie intake to match the workout you are doing so that you don't loose weight. You can take weight gain formulas that you add to your milk/drink each day that will help give you the extra calories. http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/ is a site that not only has exercises/videos for you to follow but also has a wealth of information on how to build muscle mass. that was my problem but not anymore. i gained weight already. at first i was so thin for my height. i took up some supplements. amino capsules. from then, i gained weight

Nice discussion, Even I want to gains some weight. I need about 6 to 8kg more. I read all the post here and I found some of them useful.
