Brushing you teeth is one the things which is most important is life. The first job you do every day is brushing your teeth which keep u away from potential diseases.
Almost every human brushes his teeth in the morning. But some doctors advice to brush you teeth twice a day, that is once in morning and another before going for sleep at night.
How many of you brush you teeth twice? do you brush ur teeth at night before going for sleep?
If not, do feel it is necessary to brush at night too?

I always brush and use listerine before bed.
I don't like brushing in the morning
because it makes OJ taste like butt.
And think it's kind of pointless to brush
if I'm just gonna be eating all day.
So I like to go to sleep with a clean mouth.

I always brush and use mouthwash in the morning. I can't go to sleep without brushing, flossing and using mouthwash again. Also, there are many times that I brush during the day after lunch or eating a snack. I like my breath to be fresh and smell good so for that reason I like to brush alot. Good health starts with your teath.

I think everyone should brush twice a day, morning breath is not a nice thing so brushing helps get rid of it, and you cant go to bed with bits of your food stuck in your teeth. Im sure all the dentists will be able to give the real reasons why you should do it twice a day but these are my reasons. I will occasionally brush three times, for example if Im going out for the evening I will brush before I go out as well, its like part of getting ready to go out.

Yes, I have been doing this since I was a child, because my parents taught me to do this when I was growing up. And now it is mostly a habit I guess. But I have to admit that I really like going to sleep with super clean teeth, it is a nice feeling!

Yeah, of course, every day I brush my teeth before I go to bed. It is necessary to brush at night, because the whole night, your salivary gland doesn't work, and the bacteria easily to break your teeth.
