All fruits are good for diet. There is no specific fruit which can reduce for being fat. The reason for you being fat may be you are not having proper sleep in the night. I have read in one of the article, sleeping well reduces weight and even stress also. Please be good at diet and sleep well.

The best fruit for diet is Apple. But the price at which these apples are sold it is difficult for everyone to afford apple.in this case the fruit which is an equivalent to apple is Banana. It has all the benefits euqal to an apple. It is called as Poorman's Apple. An Apple or A banana a day keeps the doctors away.

Yes, it is possible to lose 10 pounds in one month, but not a wise idea. I would aim for 1 to 2 pounds per week. The best fruit for weight loss is pineapple! It helps with belly bloat, and has other health benefits as well. Blueberries and strawberries are also great fruits, and full of anti-oxidants. The deeper the color of the fruit, the better it is for you. You will also want to eat good fats, like those found in nuts and olive oil. Exercise is of course an important factor in losing weight...find an activity that you enjoy doing, and is fun! Playing sports is fun and a great way to get the family involved.

You should eat as much fruit as you want. At the end of the day you must drink two tall glasses of vegetable juice with a tablespoon of olive oil mixed in. Eating as much as you want will help stop the lure to quit, which is strongest in the beginning. It is healthier to eat more during these times than to quit so that you will push through the rest of the diet. Never mix fresh and dried fruits in the similar meal. Apart from fruit, raw vegetables, protein drinks, chicken and fish, there is very little else you can eat on the diet. Ordinary foods and drinks such as dairy products, coffee, tea, diet and regular sodas, breads, potatoes, vegetables that are cooked and all sweets are not allowed.

You might like to read Dr Suzanne Gudakunst's website. You may have a lot of gut parasites making you look & feel bigger. I'd read this first & then go to see a good naturopath about this. There's a variety of ways one can flush the intestines out. Dieting & exercise may not be the answer for you in your case. If I had to pick one fruit to diet with, it would be the Green Drinking (or Young) Coconut for its anti-parasitic, anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-bacterial qualities. It also tastes much better than lemon or any other fruit diets in my opinion & is more of a complete food, if there is such a thing. Most of the parasites in our bodies come from eating meat - whether cooked or not - & eating fruits high in their natural sugars will only make these parasites breed like crazy.

first of all i would say its a wild idea to loose that much in a month. i agree with member who said concentrate loosing 2 pounds in a month. it will be a target which you can achieve with not much difficulty. citrus fruits with lot of fibers may help you achieving your desired goal. a better life style, regular exercise & proper sleep is a must, just eating a fruit wont loose your weight.

Hi, I would think all juicy fruits which have a lot of water content are good for those wanting to loose weight. I think Water melon is very good and so is Orange. I feel that ones constitution is partly hereditary and is also related to ones life style, like whether you are active - the kind of diet you take etc;....

Welcome to MyLot! My guess would be an apple, because they have fiber and are low-calorie. Avoid bananas. That's all I got. lol. Good luck on your weight loss journey! It's tough, but with enough effort & motivation, you'll get to your goal weight in no time!

Hi Ilabphippines and welcome to my lot. I don't know what is a good fruit for a diet I don't like many fruits anyway. I was almost 300lbs when I met my husband he inspired me to loose weight but I lost it with a sensible diet plan. First I got special K cereal I ate this for my breakfast and walked 3 miles a day. I lost way down and am keeping it off by keeping active. I also eat anything and everything I want but in small portions. Some like to sleep during the day I like to be wide awake during the day time myself though. Good luck on your diet.

Hi ilabphilippines, and welcome to myLot! I think the main reason that we are getting fatter is the lack of exercise. We spend too much time in front of the computer or watching TV, and our bodies aren't designed to this kind of life. To answer your question here is a link to an article that contains a Fruit Calorie Comparison chart, to help you make the best choices based on calories. http://www.dietbites.com/Diet-Articles-6/fruit-comparison-chart.html I hope this will help you.

It is the huge problem for many people nowadays, my first advise is you to stop taking non-veg if you are non-vegetarian, also stop taking stuff made up of rice, stop using product made up of milk like cheese, butter etc, start taking only fruits and vegetables which you like most, my personal advice is to take more fruits like watermelon because it contains more water.

sometimes lifestyle can also contribute to fat build up. our biological is set to sleeping at night and so our organs slows down at this time. for us to stay awake at night we have the tendency to eat or drink coffee or softdrinks. our stomach slows down to digest this things at night and so our body cannot easily burn the calories. try to change your sleeping habits, if its unavoidable then drink more water everyday this will help you feel full and helps in flushing away stored sugar and calories on the body.

Fruits and vegetables are very healthy for you and to me probably the fruits are probably the least fattening foods you can eat. If you only eat fruit though you wont get all the nutrients and vitamins in foods you need and could wind up sick. I also read somewhere that fruit makes your stomach bloat so I dont know. I love grapes I could live of them yumm.

Any type of fruit would do. Vitamin C helps with weight loss, actually, and it's very easy to get your full 100% daily intake. The citrus fruits are very good especially, I myself drink about 1/3 cup of pure lemon juice, and I add about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of boiling water, and honey to sweeten it. This helps clean out your system, and it's still safe to eat other foods. Lots of fruits and vegetables are very important in your diet. They contain fibre and also aids in cleaning out your body without those cleansing detox diets. But make sure that eating fruits and vegetables isn't a temporary thing, but change your eating habits permemently will help decrease your weight. Light weight lifting will also help, and I'm not talking about muscle-building. Just very light muscle-toning will help burn fat quicker, and is good for cardiovascular health. I hope this helps, it does for me! :-)

Could be. Drink lemon juice, eat all kinds of fruits especially those rich in vitamin c like grapes, etc. Banana can fill you up fast but don't make you fat fast. Drink water 30 minutes before eating your meal. Never skip a meal but never eat in between meals. If you feel like gobbling up something, grab a fruit in tiny slices. You'll feel better and healthier soon. And don't give yourself a due date, it'll stress you out and make you gain weight more. Forget the deadline and just follow what i said. Before you know it, you'll lose weight in weeks.

You do exercise regularly. Take a diet. Fruits are good for you. Eat only 3 times a day, no snacks, no cocacola, no fastfood.
