Suggest how to start the day right. (:

Hey guys! I am about to sleep in a moment. But before I head to bed, I really want to start my day later like fabulously! LOL! Care to suggest something that will help me to begin my day perfectly fine? :D OpsS! As much as possible, don't tell me "to smile" because it's way common! (((: I just want to hear a new suggestion from you that would brighten up my day! NAKS! hehe

There was something i read before about having a special stone, keep it with you at all times and before you get into bed at night thank the stone for your day and again before you put your feet on the ground in the morning thank the stone for bringing you another day, it sounds a little silly but it does work, kind of makes you feel positive, its all about the law of attraction :)

MyLot friends will certainly have good suggestions for you. One suggestion I would have is to start the day right on time, which is to say to get to the work place on time, if you have to be going to a work place. This has been my experience. If I get late to work, things get so confused and frustrating with all the delays. Personally, I try my best to be there right on time.

Start your day with a few minutes for yourself. Have a cup of your favorite drink and think some positive thoughts or read your favorite book. I also like to start the day by reading my Bible and saying a prayer that we will have a good day. Making the first few moments of the day belong to you and you only will always help to make the day go by smoother.

The best way to start my day is a heart healthy breakfast with my family and a hug from my very best friend! This time of year, I also like to listen to Christmas music while eating. I am anxious to see the other responses.

Good way to start the day right is to get yourself ready the night before. I'm not talking about getting your clothes our or your lunch made, but it is an excellent idea to figure out what you are going to start with the next day. It let you to focus on a particular task for you to start on each day. This will help increase your productivity for the day.

Well, I start mine by having a big glass of warm water with some lemon in it. It really kick starts your metabolism, which is a great feeling, and it makes you feel fresh, and healthier than if you drink coffee. Other than that, I think you should do something you really, really like first thing in the morning. What this is, depends on your taste and preferences, of course.
