At last I've seen in the news last night that somebody won the 700m lotto prize, which all people in the Philippines are watching and monitoring since the prizes ballon to 700m. Where is the winner? Or who is the winner? In your opinion is it true there is a winner or just to say there is winner but nothing.. Or that 700m lottor prize is like an advertisement only of PCSO... What is your opinion? Share with us... see you around

I read on the news, the winning ticket was bought from Subic. So it's possible that he could also be a tourist and could be living somewhere else in the Philippines other than Olongapo.

Well I think this is just natural for the winner to show himself to the public that he won. For security reasons, I too would like to be as secured as possible. I guess the winner that placed his bet on Subic base outlet will be having a happy and grand Christmas celebration. I just hope that he would use that into good use to help others as well since the money is really too much for him to spend alone with his family only. I think it is a good opportunity for him to help others as well.

Im here!! hahaha.. i wish i had won the millions. I don't really believe that there is a winner, they just want to say that it has already won by someone because the President is already planning to do something with that big amount of money. I thought it was a clean play at first but now, i don't think i will ever play the Lotto again.

He or she was probably wants to lie low for now, and will come out at a time when he/she feels it will be safer. If I was the one who win, I will probably also fear for my safety. I will hire the top lawyers of the country, as well as the top security firms.

Hello Visavis, I do believe those guys in the NBN government channel will make a series again about another lottery winner's story. of course, they haven't seen this person nor the person got the ticket.. the winner is very much afraid to show him/herself right now.

i believe is true^^ bcs in my country there is also lotto and my grandfather won one time a lot of money^^ also now there is a big big lotto that a couple won and then wanted to get divorced bcs the money so it was half for each in the end then. also the little prizes i already won few times a little money. not the biggest prize but a bit of money yes^^ i just think that is very hard to win that biggest prize but if they say someone won is bcs is true.

I think there is really a winner. and he or she is not voicing out that she or he won because he or she is afraid of her or his life.
