What is your favorite flavor of yogurt or toppings on it?
What kind of yogurt do you eat? I mean what brand is that?
What size do you usually order when eating yogurt?
How do you appreciate eating yogurt or how come you want to eat that?
Have tasted the frozen yogurt already?
Where did you learn to eat yogurt?
Do you think this will be a good substitute from high calories deserts like Ice creams and cakes?
How sure are you that it is really a fat free?
I really like eating yogurt and I’ve learned that from the small cup which was from Nestle then to the extent that there are already a yogurt stands inside the malls. I started to eat that is from White Hat since I have a coupon that is from the Belle De Jour planner which is buy one take one so it is our opportunity to get the big size though not the largest because they don’t allow it. I’ve already tasted the swirl from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and the taste was really delicious. Though that is only frozen yogurt meaning it is not more creamy compare with the White Hat.

Yoghurt isn't one my favourite things to eat, I just never get an urge to eat it. But if I see a good deal in the supermarket then I will buy it every so often. The last time I went shopping, I bought some white chocolate yoghurts ... I cannot remember the brand but it basically just tasted like melted white chocolate.
When I was younger, I used to love Muller Rice, but I have sickened myself of them by eating them too much so I don't eat them as often any more.

I think when I was a kid the yogurt is not that so popular here in our country. Unlike nowadays there too many yogurt stands especially in malls. I really love it and even that is expensive then that is worth to buy.

In my home all members love eating yogurt, but i make it at home from cow milk that is made thick by boiling for 15 minutes, the ready made branded stuffs are costly, am afraid they might have preservatives..
we make many dishes using both sweet and sour variety at home,,

Well, I am from Bulgaria, which is the home-country of yogurt and I eat a lot of it every day. I like it regular, I like it salty, fruit-flavoured etc. I have even tasted home-made yogurt and it is not only delicious but the healthiest thing one can eat. I have never been abroad, but friends always tell me that the yogurt in other countries have nothing to do with what we eat here and I am really curious if it is really like that. And then, there are these movies where I see people forcing themselves to eat it, because it is healthy and so on, but I eat it because I love it

I really love yogurt. My favorite is Lemon Torte Yoplait Delights Parfait Lowfat Yogurt in a 4-ounce cup. It is only 100 calories per cup, gluten free, and it tastes really good.
I have been eating yogurt for so long, that I forget where I learned to like it.
Frozen yogurt is another favorite of mine. However, someone once told me that it is not all that good for you. There is a lot of sugar in yogurt, and this includes frozen yogurt.
I do not know if yogurt is a good substitue for ice creams and cakes. One thing that I do know is that it has more protein then these other desserts. I can get low-fat ice cream with a lot of sugar too. In my opinion, I prefer to eat yogurt because there are individual cups so that I know how much I am eating and I think that it has more protein than cakes, and many other desserts.

Thank you for the information at least I have an idea that yogurt is a good substitute to ice cream and cakes. However it is more expensive.

I do like eating yogurt. I don't really have a specific flavour that is my favorite, but Activia is my favourite brand. It is very creamy. I usually don't put any toppings on it at all.
My mom always had yogurt when we were growing up, so I guess that is where I first learned of it. Everyone in my family likes it except my dad. I often will have yogurt for dessert instead of something else. I have had frozen yogurt, it's ok but I would rather just have regular yogurt.

I would rather have the regular yogurt either because it is creamier compare to the frozen yogurt.

I love yogurt-all kinds , I especially like the Greek yogurt with its creamy texture its, add bit of honey and its dessert. I 'll also mash up strawberries or raspberries and add honey for quick dessert. I also like layered fruit yogurt which has apricot chunks in it :-) I ve tried frozen yogurt, but its not easily available where I live

Yummy! I could really imagine the toppings that you were talking about. I really want to eat that. I usually choose blueberries and strawberries when it comes to toppings on yogurt.

Yes, I often eat yogurt. I love the new yogurt + jelly that Magnolia manufactures. It's my substitute for rice at night because I really can't go without carbo for my meals. I love tasting new brands and compare them with each other. I have tasted White Hat. I sometimes buy it as my dessert. I prefer fruit-based with some almonds on it. It tastes like ice cream to me.

Thanks for the info maybe I should try that as well. I haven't tried the other one. I don't know if it is made from Nestle or Selecta but the flavor is strawberry and mango. So I would choose strawberry yogurt.

Hi Metatronki: I don't have a special brand of yogurt but I like it, I mean, I like its taste and it's healthy I think. I love the strawberry yogurt and I prefer to eat it for my breakfast. I think I have eaten yogurt since I was a little child thanks to my parents. I can replace a dessert for a yogurt but you know, it's good to have the possibility to eat different things depending on what you want for a particular day. Most of the yogurt products says that they are fact free so I think it's ok. I don't usually read the nutritional information but I think yogurts are fat free. In fract I feel good after I drink a yogurt.

Meaning to say do you know how to make yogurt or you are buying it? Sounds like you are always eating yogurt and having that for breakfast?

I like yogurt and I was introduced to it since Nestle bring it to the market. Then, alot of flavors came out and I like berries and mango flavors the most. But all the flavors taste good. I do appreciate it because yogurt is healthy and I also introduced them to my kids. It is really a good substitute for deserts that are high in sugar content. Well, I would love to taste other brands also someday.

That is the reason why I really like the yogurt because it is creamy and yet it can substitute to any other desserts that are high in sugar.
