Why is it these days everything you eat, drink, cups you use to administor medicines and oh so much more. My grandparents lived to be in there 90's and they didn't have to deal with all the do not use this do not use that this is going to hurt your children, and ya know what they were healthier and lived to be longer that what this generation is even thinking of being.
Why is it so important to spend so much money on silly things like plastic measuring cups for medicines, what happened to a simple tsp. of couch syrup. this was used for years and years and never ever had a complaint about the child being overdoesed and the such. These days if a kid looks the wrong way the government money is up and running to spend money and wondering why the kids moved wrong, not smart enough, oh boy that has to be a medical issue for that.
All this government is doing is spending senseless money on things that have been used for years and noone had all the medical issues that people are nowadays have to deal with...Give them more drugs ya that will cure them what happened to the old saying a apple a day keeps the doctor away. Quit putting all the chemicals in our food to try to make us healthier. Take a look at the past generations, did they have the overweight issues that we are dealing today with all the new get healthy items. No they did not have fast food but didn't they make there own hamburgers and fries anyway...they used lard.
I am just puzzles on how this government spends so much money on senseless, uncalled for testings.

I often wonder about this, years ago everything everyone ate was fresh, there were none of these additives in food, nothing had been messed around with. There used to be a man who lived on my street who didn't believe in sell by dates, he would just use his own sense's to tell if something was good or bad, as that is how he lived his life, I dont remember him ever having food poisoning or anything by doing it that way.
Also as things have advanced they have also become more dangerous, like medications, years ago they didnt have all the different types of medication that we have now, and with some medications you need to measure them.
I often think that some people wont take responsibilty to provide a healthy diet, like you said there has to be a medical issue, if someones child is tired all the time, catching colds and flu, has no energy, the first thing they do is take them to a doctors, which may be right in some cases (lets not forget sometimes there are medical cause's) but do they think of looking at the childs diet first? Do they think that maybe if they were eating less junk and more fruit that they would have energy, they wouldnt catch every cold going around. It is easier for them to just say "he must be ill".
