Why do chickens taste like crocodile?

I did not know crocodile tastes like chicken! But I know monitor lizard, an exotic animal smaller than crocodile and almost like a crocodile tastes like chicken as others who have tasted testified. Well these monitor lizards eat chicken but does it follow that they would also taste like their diet? If that is so then maybe crocodiles should rather taste like human because they eat humans isn't it?

I always thought it was the opposite way around. lol...crocodiles taste like chicken. I am not so sure about snakes tasting like chicken and I for sure would not want to find out. :)

It would seem quite bizarre for a crocodile to taste like chicken. I know that chickens are supposed to have evolved from lizards, which puts them in a similar evolutionary line, but their present state is far from reptilian and does not constitute a close enough relationship. Nevertheless, I am certainly unable to dispute the statement because despite having eaten chicken on a great number of occasions, I have never tasted a crocodile. Even more importantly, I am pleased to say that a crocodile has never tasted me.

lol i have never eaten snakes, crocodiles or any such stuff, but i have eaten chicken, they are my favorite..

I don't know about crocodile but I know alligator don't taste like chicken. Alligator, you only eat the tail, has a very distinct taste. Kinda like Bass or catfish. Rattlesnake don't taste like chicken either. I've eat rattlesnake and I can attest that it don't taste like chicken. I really don't know how to describe just what rattlesnake taste like. It could be because I haven't eaten any in awhile. I don't know why people claim that everything they eat tastes like chicken. How many of you mylotters have ever eaten rattlesnake or alligator?
